It just seems absurd to think that some terrorist who would know how to apply any information in a meaningful way knows less then some speculators playing a game. There must be some real tinfoil hat stuff going on to think that a website would be shutdown by the government about this thread or ones like it.

Why would you expect folks to do that? Hey didn't Tom Clancy get pulled in for guessing? Zomba Posted January 13, 2011 Posted January 13, 2011 With the HMIT system that Raytheon is installing, on top of the cueing and symbology that it will display will it also project TGP imagery onto the pilots field of view? If so then that is very nifty. I often wish there wasn't such a disconnect between where the TGP was pointing and my view out the canopy. Even a simple cue in your field of view when looking in the appropriate direction would be a huge help. One can only dream. I don't test for bugs, but when I do I do it in production.

If an enemy in a conflict knew information on systems they could attempt to counter the use of that system. Inteligence is a nasty buisiness and alot of time we dont want to confirm what the enemy knows, things they may know, or wants to know. Its not the website that would get shutdown as it is the individual that can be harrassed or even charged and penalized. The goverment has already made it a punish ableoffense for military, govt employees and govt contractors to even goto the wiki leaks site on or off duty. Just food for thought. This was all referenced to the orignal request for info on things in the aircraft not in the manual and sim that are sensitive.
