hannibal Posted February 2, 2011 Posted February 2, 2011 so i got these new fancy saitek combat rudder pedals? I dont think my pedals are working properly in game, so i like to know what everyone is doing in terms of what they have configured in the Axis Assignments, and how to set the Axis Tune Portion, like should it be a slider, how much deadzone, etc... Thanks! find me on steam! username: Hannibal_A101A http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561197969447179
TeeJay82 Posted February 2, 2011 Posted February 2, 2011 I had to invert the toe brake axis in game... otherwise they was on all the time
effte Posted February 2, 2011 Posted February 2, 2011 Welcome to the club. Let's hope you're one of the lucky ones, and that we will all be come B5. http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=62025 Please post your experience in that thread, to keep the issue visible to the devs. Long threads seem to be attention-getters. Vullcan Posted February 2, 2011 Posted February 2, 2011 I noticed in that thread it said that in windows device manager they always return to 0 and its just an in game problem. I disagree with my combat pedals, even in windows device manager they sometimes return to a point other than 0.
lobo Posted February 2, 2011 Posted February 2, 2011 Had to invert my Saitek Pro Pedals axis. Otherwise I found I had the "auto brakes" set to max, and had to step on the brakes for the entire take-off roll... my landings were nice and short. ;) Lobo's DCS A-10C Normal Checklist & Quick Reference Handbook current version 8D available here: http://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/172905/
Chris CDN Posted February 2, 2011 Posted February 2, 2011 Try setting the axis Joy Y and Joy Z to the toe brakes instead on JoyRY and JoyRZ NSDQ
