ScEBlack1 Posted March 18, 2011 Posted March 18, 2011 How do I go about turning down the brightness o0f the night vision? is this possible, seems way to bright and blurry.
Insanatrix Posted March 18, 2011 Posted March 18, 2011 same place you set the controls for turning the NVG's on. There are no knobs that I know of in the cockpit per se? I think the knobs would be on the goggles...
luckybob9 Posted March 18, 2011 Posted March 18, 2011 Q: How can I switch on the Night Vision Goggles (NVG)? Frogfoot1606687865 Posted March 18, 2011 Posted March 18, 2011 (edited) The only problem I have with adjusting the brightness is that the key press auto repeats very quickly, (it goes from full brightness to dark in a second.) this makes fine adjustment very frustrating. it would be better if one press of the key adjusted the brightness by one level, requiring multiple taps on the key. I had to rebind to LShift and LCtrl keys (advice thanks to Strongharm). ~~~ Win7 64bit // i5 2500K @4.2Ghz // ASUS P8P67 Pro ~~~ ~~~ H50 Cooler // 12GB 1600 DDR3 // EVGA GTX580 SC ~~~ ~~~ TMW // Combat Pedals // TrackIR 4 ~~~
Spetz Posted March 18, 2011 Posted March 18, 2011 I've got my NVG on/off and brightness up/down mapped to my x52 pro on the wheel button of the throttle. Works great and with default bindings as well.
