It's not the fall that gets you. It's the Godawful sudden stop at the end.

Okay, then, I'd like to have a map of northern Europe, so I can carpet bomb someone's house, too.

I've had it since the first public beta but never really spent a lot of time in it. I'd just read a bit, fly a bit, fail miserably and walk away.

I forced myself 2 weeks ago to study and practice, study and practice - now I can't put the damn thing down. I just wish there were more multiplayer servers up. I've honestly yet to find a genuinely friendly intimidating server to play on.

I don't want to start a completely new thread, so I will hijack this one...

I just want to thank the developers for really going above and beyond here. The customer relations is top-notch, in fact I would say a GAMING industry leader, not just in flight sims. This really is a great community full of members that are very quick to share their deep knowledge and more than willing to give guidance. So a big thanks to all of the people that make this happen!

I think there is a real gap in the market for a carpet bombing of the ex's house simulator. Maybe when DCS: B-52 comes out it should ship with a google earth plugin allowing this...

SPECS: Intel Core i5 760 @ 3.2 Ghz +turboboost enabled, 12 GB DDR3 1600 @ 1500 Mhz, ATI Radeon 5850, TrackIR 5, X52 Pro and Saitek pedals

:megalol:

Reminds me of a good English football song, that goes something like this:

"If I had the wings of a sparrow,

if I had the arse of a crow.

I'd fly over <insert location>,

and sh@te on the b@stards below."

...there's more but saying so would invite trouble from our superb and glorious moderators on this most excellent forum for rule infractions. :smilewink:

A-10C would have to be the best sim I've flown in a long time. Next to my Tu-154M for FS2004.

The Steam users sure love it, the group I maintain is now over 200 members strong right now. I think its been quite successful over on Steam.
