Yo need to be reminded you that this is an internet forum and that pointless speculation is what we do. It makes people happy. Stifling idle internet conversation is not and should not be your self-appointed task. In other words, chill out. If you go to a party and some people are talking about something that doesn't interest you, do you wade into that conversation and kill it? Or do you move on to something that does interest you? This is an internet forum about a computer game, for entertainment purposes. You're not a moderator. If you don't mean to rain on anybodies parade, then don't. No problem, I just didn't think it would go as far as keeping up the speculations about things that are more or less proven already. If it is what makes you happy, then go for it. Didn't want to stop you cold in your tracks, not that I could even if I wanted to anyway. So it might be best to chill out a bit as well. :) And yes, if I were to a party where people are speculating about already (almost) proven facts, I'd pull out the fact sheet and end a pointless debate, as facts are facts and thus are set already. I just translated it from the german word "Schwenkflügler" which would be tilt wing and "Schwenkflügler" perfectly applies for the F-14.
