Deadman Posted August 3, 2012 Posted August 3, 2012 (edited) This unit appears to be the same and an ARU 42A that is the Standby Attitude Indicator the price is reasonable for one of these extremely hard to find units for those of you going for full realism. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Jet-Aircraft-2-1-4-Attitude-Indicator-/360477764480?pt=Motors_Aviation_Parts_Gear&hash=item53ee262b80 Edited August 3, 2012 by Deadman https://forum.dcs.world/topic/133818-deadmans-cockpit-base-plans/#comment-133824 CNCs and Laser engravers are great but they can't do squat with out a precise set of plans.

Jimbo Posted August 30, 2012 Posted August 30, 2012 Found this in the UK last night http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/390461152690?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1438.l2649 Pretty close to an A10 CDU, some of the button labels arent correct, but close enough. I put an offer of £45 in as it has a bit of damage and the seller came back with £65. I countered with £55 and he declined. So I reckon £60 should clinch it. Bit pricey for me given the shipping / condition but one of you guys may be interested.
moken Posted August 30, 2012 Posted August 30, 2012 Do you know how to connect the game? I think the real CDU screen is different from monitor Otherwise, real Air speed indicator how to connect the game? Please DM mention

Jimbo Posted August 31, 2012 Posted August 31, 2012 So want!! But my wife will kick me out if one more (unauthorised) ebay package arrives at the house!
Gecko6 Posted August 31, 2012 Posted August 31, 2012 HS that is a buy now price of 399? Who ever wants it better grab it up because you will not see one at that price in a hell of a long time. My A-7 throttles were almost that much. Good luck to who ever grabs it up!

Deadman Posted October 6, 2012 Posted October 6, 2012 This looks to be a fine cockpit for a simulator. I have no idea if the price is fair or not, but for you guys in the UK I think it could be a fun investment http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=190734850665&ssPageName=ADME:B:SS:US:1123 https://forum.dcs.world/topic/133818-deadmans-cockpit-base-plans/#comment-133824 CNCs and Laser engravers are great but they can't do squat with out a precise set of plans.

Deadman Posted October 11, 2012 Posted October 11, 2012 F-16 style ACES II I would not consider purchasing this to rebuild as an A-10 style seat but it is wort a post it will probably go for around $4500.00. It is in really good shape and only missing a few things http://www.ebay.com/itm/221137186470?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649 https://forum.dcs.world/topic/133818-deadmans-cockpit-base-plans/#comment-133824 CNCs and Laser engravers are great but they can't do squat with out a precise set of plans.

Deadman Posted April 18, 2013 Posted April 18, 2013 (edited) It is the correct bottle it just needs a green hose and a green pull ring instead of the ball. The price is good as well.
