BUT vHawgsmoke 2013 is scheduled for late January/Early February 2013 With the latest update to DCS World and a compatible version of TARS the 476th vFG has finally left 1.1.1.1. We are now planning on hosting vHawgsmoke in early 2013 to give participating organizations time to practice. Here are some milestones: - Updated/reworked SOP released by 26 October - Updated mission released by 2 November - Event Scheduled for Late January/Early February 2013 To Sign Up.... Post below (and send paulrkiii a PM) with the following information (even if you expressed interest in the original planned vHawgsmoke you MUST sign up again: Your Organization – Organization Image Point of Contact's (POC) name For Example: 476th vFG, 76th vFS ‘Vanguards’ paulrkiii (aka Snoopy) POCs for each Organization must sign up for the vHawgsmoke group here on the ED boards at http://forums.eagle.ru/group.php?groupid=87. ONLY the POC for each unit will be granted membership. Competition information will be posted in the group not in this thread as items become available. The cutoff for Organizations to sign up for vHawgsmoke is 15 December 2013. Any organization wanting to sign up after that date will have to wait until vHawgsmoke 2014. I'm no controller but I do deal with them on a regular basis. :D I might be able to get a couple of pilot friends in on a cursory simulation of ATCT/TRACON.
