Hopefully there will be a day when you can indeed develop some aircraft. I don't know what the exact plans for the future are there (regarding which tools 3rd parties get access to, exactly how they'd mesh etcetera), but I've been thinking about looking at the possibility of making some aircraft as well (whenever I have some spare time). Perhaps an AT-802U... ... .. :D

I'd also love to have some of tyhe lead-in trainers out there in the simulator. P-51 to start, then a jet lead-in trainer, then F-15/Mig/Su/whatever a given squad operates. :)

Well, the aerodynamic problem regarding bumblebee flight has been solved, so I don't see why not. ;)

DCS Bumblebee! Good idea.

Integrates with DCS A10C and Blackshark so players can annoy pilots by being stuck in the cockpit with them :D

It would be great with the bumblebeehog :D Someone should produce this skin

Wow, flying this bee can only lead to 1 crater and some fumes!

  • (edit: this little yellow 'thing' recalls me a sentence I've heard once: 'F*** a duck and try to fly'. Well, it sounds like this is what this guy did!)

It did :)

During that flight in the Youtube clip, the pilot made several low passes (400ft). During one of the passes, the engine died on him and he lawn-darted. He suffered serious injuries and the Bumblebee II was completely destroyed.

Pilot recovered. Fortunately for all, the Bumblebee I lives on :D

I doubt he'll be flying it again any time soon though......
