Cockpit Shadows

I can't seem to get rid of the Zig Zag lines in the cockpit shadows. I tried changing various graphic shadow and anti-aliasing settings - but the step ladder shadow lines are still their.

 

I have an Nvidia 460 with the latest drivers.

 

Any suggestions...see the picture I have included.

I got exactly same issue with an 670 but flying A10. :(

What is your cockpit resolution set to?

I think that's just the way the shadows are rendered. Those look about the same as I get IIRC.

resolution set to 256. I thought this settings impacts things like mirrors, MFDs, but not shadows?

Don't have the Mustang, but my A-10 shadows are smooth. GTX680.

In my case I get those zig zag shadows only when setting shadows quality to medium or low. Setting shadow quality to high brings smooth in-cockpit shadows.

I just tried it again with high shadows settings. See attached pictures.

Much better :] That kind of shadow resolution is really the most you can expect in any game.
