Mike Busutil Posted July 25, 2012 Posted July 25, 2012 (edited) I have the latest DCS A-10, P-51 but the older Black shark V1.1.1 When I try to install Black shark V1.2 into DCS World it tells me Black shark 1 is required... What am I missing? Do I need to install the upgrade for V1.1 first? I then installed World and installed A-10 1.2 and P-51 1.2 When I try to install Black shark 1.2 I get the pop up message.... Mike Busutil Posted July 25, 2012 Author Posted July 25, 2012 (edited) Ok so I installed BS2 v1.1, Then started a mission and entered my serial number. I than downloaded BS2 update v1.1, when I try to install this I get a message saying DCS Black Shark need's to be installed.... If I try to install Black shark 2 v1.2 into DCS world I get a message saying DCS Black shark 1 needs to be installed and registered. Get it there: http://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/index.php?scr=product&ProductId=4&end_pos=135&lang=en And as you installed BS2 v1.1.1 and activated it successfully you do not need to purchase anything!
chromium Posted July 25, 2012 Posted July 25, 2012 Confirm: Black Shark 1.1.1.1 is branded as "Black Shark 2", while "Black shark 1" is the version number from 1.0.0 to 1.0.2.
