badger66 Posted August 25, 2012 Posted August 25, 2012 During an airfield attack , I dropped 4 MK.84 2000lbs bombs about half way down the runway ..... and watched an A-10 run over the damage and take off without issue . But , if an A-10 crashed on the runway , it leaves a monster hole . Something not right here at all ..... makes the point of airfield attack pointless really .

Granted this was with FAB-500s rather than Mk-84s. See track.
