Hello all,

I have one VGA Sparkle GTX 460 2GB PCI-E with 3 outputs.

with a M/B Gigabyte p67A-UD5(with 5 PCI-E slots) and a friend gave me one

Gainword 6800GS 512MB PCI-E with 2 outputs.

Can i put my friends second VGA so i will have total 5 outputs that i need?

Or i would suffer with conflicts etc etc?

thanks in advance.

I have 2 cards running, but not running currently. If I fly DCS/FC2 I don't have any issues with the cards and FPS. However, if I fly BMS, my FPS get cut in half if I have the 4th monitor enabled. To fix this I'm thinking of buying another external video adapter, I have one already and it runs great. The cards I'm using are 670 and a 8800GT, see sig. I haven't messed around with trying to find out why the drop in BMS, maybe when I get back I'll look into it. But then again I might buy another video card since 6-7 months from now who knows what will be out.

Three physical outputs, but the HDMI is actually "cloned" from one of the DVI's, meaning that the card can only operate two screens concurrently; either one on each DVI (and the HDMI empty), or one on the main DVI and one in the HDMI with the second DVI empty.

I use two DVI to two different monitors and works well...

Today probably i will use the third monitor to miniHDMI to see if this you are writing is correct...If it is...i need THIRD VGA card:(

I believe that all of the 600 series cards support all ports simultaneously, unlike the older series of cards.

I have a 670 and you can run all 4 Monitors simultaneously (2x1280x1024 & 2x1920x1080). No Problem. Just don't forget to set DCS to windowed mode
