Yep ;)

I wrote polite (no sarcasm or irony here ;)) e-mail detailing my problem to person whose address was provided by PayPal during the purchase (sales person section I guess) and today I received full refund from Fighter Collection.

Kindness pays :)

 

Edit: and since I still want to buy CA, I'd be much obliged if there is an info on paypal payments not generating "error 002" anymore ;)

You are only looking for the serial and not the download link. You can download and install already - all the links are on the main site.

This is a common issue for me with the website as well, login, click another link and I'm logged out all of the sudden. Switching browsers has NOT corrected it for me, but it hasn't been an issue yet, since I haven't bought anything since the BS2 upgrade. Going to be buying FC3 tomorrow, if I have issues I'll update the thread.

Today I bought Combined Arms without receiving any codes except Error code 002.

I also had the login problems: after login in, all tabs on the left would leave me logged in, except the e-shop tab.

 

I just kept trying login in and out (I'm not going to quit buying something because there were some login problems) finally it worked, I payed by paypal. confirmed the payment, no problems and then bam, a was redirected to the error 002 page.

 

checking the mailbox I got the confirmation from paypal.

 

I opened a ticket sending screenshots from both error and payment confirmation.

 

Both screens are in the attachment

Hi !

 

Got a message from Paypal saying "The Fighter Collection Limited added postage details. Please note that the tracking information and postage status are shown exactly as the seller entered them."

 

Don't know if that is good or not ?

 

Nothing on the support tickets so far

Wanted to add , that I ordered FC3 today got error code 2. I too got a transaction number generated by ED and of course the money was deducted from my paypal account but no game/code in either my account or via email. Entered a support ticket, no response from that either.

 

HELLO, is anyone there.

 

 

Here is a helpful suggestion for ED , if you are witnessing problems with your transactions STOP TAKING ORDERS until you sort it out. This has been going on for a while now, and no solution in sight, no real answers from ED only MODS which AFAIK aren't employees of ED and therefore can't really provide any "REAL" answers only suggestions and guesses.

 

AND For gods sake, have an actual employee visit the support forums once in a while and help those who are having problems.

The administrator has been notified about the ongoing problems, i hope this can quickly be resolved, but i am on standby for further information.

 

In the mean time, please resume a professional attitude, further trolling or imputation of fraud will be removed and disciplinary action applied.

Unfortunately we have confirmed issues with processing orders via PayPal so we've temporary blocked this payment method. Anyway you can buy products using bank cards without problems. Please excuse us for inconvenience.

 

Today our employee will contact all users which have got "Error 002" and money will be refunded.

You can't expect everybody to first check the forum customer support.

 

I am not worried about getting the code or refund. It's just a pitty to have to wait for the code and ability to play.

 

Also, this might cost ED customers and that is bad because I do not want the community to shrink.

just wanted to say the money has indeed been refunded and an email from kelly received. Thanks to the forum for suggesting emailing the persons email address shown in the paypal receipt

 

oh well, out with the credit card tonight

Having a problem here as well.

Though I can log onto these forums I cant log onto the DCS site to buy Flaming Cliffs 3.

I have requested password several times. No answer from ED after almost 2 days.

 

Mails do not seem to be coming through for whatever reason. Not even in my spam box.

This has nothing to do with customer support. The password reset is processed automatically by the server, the most likely cause of you receiving no email is that they are landing in your spam folder or your ISP blocks mails from EDs domain. If your spamfolder is empty, please state what ISP you use.

When you say noresponse, you mean on support ticket? If so, can you please give me your ticket number and then i can check.
