How can I change the 1.2.5 speech of warning and ATC back to English like in 1.2.4

I fly Su-27

The release info says that the “Betty” voice warnings now use native language for Russian aircrafts.

What does that mean?

 

What I experienced in 1.2.5 is that cockpit warning voice is English while the ATC becomes Russian in Su-27, while both are English in F-15.

However, in 1.2.4 both were English.

 

How can I make all the speech to be English for Russian aircrafts?

Do you know what the "native language" here mean? Is it talking about the OS locale or the country that the aircraft belongs to?

Must be some sort of settings in the plane irl right? i cant imagine the chinese/indian airforce listens to russian warnings in their 27`s

It should be localized based on country and aircraft type.

 

Russian, Georgian, and Ukrainian aircraft will have a Russian betty.

Germany will have German.

Everything else is English I think.

 

 

I like having Russian voices in Russian birds... Kinda got used to it back in the day, but there should probably a feature giving you the choice.

I was flying F-15 on the red side yesterday and i got Russian ATC as well. I don't really mind. But just made me wonder.

It's based on the side you are on.

 

If you are on red you get russian voice acting.

 

I haven't tested game but the english-russian voices where awful and if they are set to russian then that's awesome.

yeah, I wondered why the sounds/voice got screwed up..... I hope they fix it... the 125 patch screwed up in game controls I had to reset them all too..

Yes, the betty is still in english.

 

But if it is fixed, does it mean that if we are in the red side, both are russian, while both are english in blue side no matter which aircraft we fly?

Indeed it can, but that also gives Russian HUD legends etc. Is there a way to get Russian Betty with English HUD legends ?

Copy the Ru betty and replace the Eng one? Backup Eng

Will this make no Eng betty for US aircraft?
