OK I see what you are probally seeing.. You have to remember with a triplescreen setup you have the side monitors angled or use a curved screen

 

The Distortion is there as the recording medium records it as a whole not with the angle inmind..

 

The distortion you see is not as bad as it is noticeable with the FRAPS recording..

 

I would check some videos at you tube where they recorded their rigs with an external camera.. It will give you a better idea of what is Actually seen.. ;)

Its actually the simulator itself that makes the screen look stretched on the outside monitors. It looks the exact same way in FSX, but not in X-Plane 10 and BF3. Hell, even Crysis 3 and Max Payne 3 look stretched out at these resolutions, but some simulators display these graphics just fine. Ill post some screens for example when I get home from work this evening.

here's an older video, from when I first got TIR.

 

Will upload a Video of my 4 screen setup whenever my DisplayPort Adapter Arrives.

 

I've also tweaked my TrackIR since this video was shot, not to mention I have a Better 1080p Camera and stuff too :p

 

Will also shoot at screen level and not above, so it dont make screens look small :p

 

Setting 3 separate Viewports for each screen eliminates the FoV Stretching, but TBH, the FoV Stretching only makes the Sense of Speed better.

I will have to experiment with the Camera view.. but good news I finally built my Curved screen.. I have Only 1 problem, I ordered a 10foot piece they sent an 8foot piece crud!!

 

Well since I did not find out about this screwup until Friday night at 9:32PM 2 minutes after the place closed they are out west I find out..

 

Well since I was handed some lemons I decided to make lemonade.. I put the table in place and put the 8foot screen inplace and adjusted the Projectos and aligned it a bit with nThusim, well here are the results still needs some tweaking and when I get the bigger screen the sides will not be cutoff.. hard to see in the pics but there is about a foot overhang after the screen ends..
