Hello again folks!

We've had a couple of these so far on the Firehouse server. A few crashes and submitted a pretty good amount of data. I've further enhanced the mission (the basics are the same) to allow for a VERY wide variety of different crash opportunities.

I have some SU33's added on the Kuz for the carrier ops... heard of a pretty epic battle between the 4 task forces closing on one another on the coast, added some additional radars for the SU25Ts to hunt down... changed the configuration of a few target areas so you can actually see them on the map and added some air defenses for the GCs to man if they wish.

I've also had to "cage" the fighters down south since people in these slots had a tendency to just zoom up north and smash everyone up there to bits- not quite the intention of having them. Go ahead, join Batumi and Kutaisi slots on red and blue respectively... hammer on each other to your heart's content... but keep it south of Zugdidi.

I will provide the track / tracks of the missions regardless of whether or not it crashes. Clients will be able to link to the provided documents in the event they have a client side crash. This should hopefully help to get 1 step closer to resolution!

I won't be joining on this one- but I'll try to keep it up at least for a few solid hours. Hope to see loads of folks in there!

None formally assigned- the Firehouse is typically affiliated to SimHQ and generally use their TS3 but it requires free reg for the password. If someone has one they don't mind lending to the occasion, please please post! It'd be a big help.

thanks!

Ok I couldn't see it in the list for a while, maybe a master server issue my end.

Just went into the pit for 10 mins, no one else in the server.

Will try again in a little while.

A very quiet session today. Mental note- no more mid week daytime sessions.

The 2400 session is up now. Hope to redeem myself- so go on in on the above ts3 and have at it.

I have loaded the 476th target range at / near Anapa for some (range) flights. Only training munitions available there.

SLMOD is also running. I've been told these *shouldnt* interfere with testing.

Thanks guys.

Hey Eno,

I stayed on for 2 server crashes in the KA and headed of the ships mostly.. hehe

Nothing special that I noted from my site, they huey's spit a lot of led on the ships and couldn't sink them, heck, those speedboats made their lives hard so I took some out, sank a few ships with cannon and it all went fine until the 2 crashes occurred while I was on.

Next time there will hopefully be more volunteers present

Yes, I agree. We're currently testing out connection speeds in MP of 1024 and the results so far have been VERY good!

A special request for future fly-ins and stress tests is to lower client connection speeds to 1024 (for a start) and test for stability and connectivity.

Not sure- but it sounds like they have it fixed and it really improves server side efficiency.
