Not sure I understand exactly what you mean. You like Khersones but it is too small so you want to simulate the Crimeans doing a lot of extra building work by replacing it with another base that has more taxiways and shelters? I don't know if that is possible. The only thing I have read about is that there is a Mod made a while ago that made a base near the coast in northern Turkey (Merzifon I think it was called). To do that the mod designer had to steal one of the Crimea bases (Razdolnoye I think he used).
