  4. very nice, i would love to bomb that army base. btw, have you considered adding the birds or high cirrus clouds as stated in the previous thread. If you don't, then its fine, it was worth getting the idea out there.

  5. By all means let the ET have data link and be carried in all Pylons of the Russian planes just because a few people think it makes sense and everybody else is an ignorant. How many times weve been here?

  8. Deadzones are use to avoid little unwanted movements caused by the joystick in the case it has too much sensitivity. I don´t have the english word but I will try to say it this way: suposed you stick is very soft or you touch it with just your little finger and the sticks moves just 2 milimeters, and that little movement will make your plane to respond... you don´t want such a behaviour while flying because it will drive you crazy (you want soft movements and to have control and sensitivity, to much sensitivity liske this situation will give just the oposity) So, with deadzones you can tell FC how much movement of your stick "ignore" till start to respond. I hope you understand me

  11. Well to be honest... and I'd also say realist... having a fully ckickable pit is indeed very nice to have, it simply brings to us what we've all been whyning about: REALISM :D On the other hand you don't need to move your head and try to jugle with your head while flying to flip switches in real life... from this perspective doing this in a sim is actually much harder. Trying Falcon4 and RV... I was just thinking: who the hell is gonna remmember all these commands... or even half of them? It's absurd. You need on average to press 3-4 keys combinations for each... just not my thing. I will most definitely try to set up all things required BEFORE take off... and have on HOTAS things I will NEED to se in combat... nothing else... and I hope I will have enough possibilities for that and not need to make things overly complicated, which would just defeat the purpose. Anyway... like Hitman said... I bet 1/2 those switches I'll never ever use... heck, I probably won't even know what they are used for. On the up side... with all the switch functionality at least all the systems should we modeled well and working... talking about simulation aye ;)

  13. Couple of questions: at ~02:04, is that a signalling flare? I know the Ka-50, mi-24 and mi-8 use them for emergencys/broken radio/radio silence. The blue-ish cokcpit lighting, is that standard, or some Premiere effect? 02:51, thanks for adding that dam, the question is, can we destroy it? Thank you ED for adding people. Can we have Jihadists too, I want to piss them off by circling around them in the Ka-50, while their 5.45mm BB guns can't penetrate my 12.7mm RUSSIAN rated ballistic glass, so no whiny .50cal, .50cal+ :P And finally, f*** Operation Flashpoint with its arcade FM, BS rules, and thank you GA for making the video. (you know I'm a purist, and not fancy effects, but this is nicely done, and not overdone)
