Well everyone is getting in on doing something for this wonderful sim and since i have the time at the moment (made redundant but no great loss, I hated the job anyway :D) I thought I would work on some textures myself. As some may be aware, I love 'weathered look' skins and textures so here are some. Still working on new cockpit glass and here is the finished F16. I can't find the F5 canopy glass so if anyone can direct me, it would be appreciated. Now the new style fog settings and texture tweak. I have also done weathered texture for numerous weapons and missiles and I hope to put them all in a big package soon. Mizzy

Ok guys.. I'm up for it.. Bring it on..!! You guys gonna have a new Hi detailed a-10 model and thats a personal promise of mine.. First.. please give me any kind of material you have about a-10.. Second.. where is the modified model of a-10 lo-fi worked on..that model could make things happen much faster..If its lost in linbo of models, then where is the hi poly model..Even if thats lost..than gimme the 3 way blueprints.. This doesnt mean that the plane comes out from the poll is going to be late or fade out.... We have a little "=TuAF= Skunk Works" team here..It will be done..Both.. Lets do this ppl..Lets fly the hog :)

Right now as far as skinning is going, it's going. I've got one more area of the mapping to template, and by next week more and more screens will be popping up showing progress of those.

The chances of me shooting down anyone or anything online or off are extremely remote, I am probably the worst combat sim pilot in the world ;) I love the simulation though. Today Birdy, I was just thinking the same thing, I just need to fill in an application for a new job, take Findlay (my little Boy) to nursery and the day is my own. I want to concentrate on tweaking my fog settings and then, time permitting search out the other boats. Wish me luck Mizzy

I don't know what to say but thank you for all your comments. I have some time on my hands so i thought I would give what I can to the Lock On community. These are updates frome today. Most notably the A model lacks R-77s, R-27ER. R-27ET. Also it has no jammer and I think the radar might be slightly less powerful. But look on the bright side you have a 50% chance of having a German woman screaming at you to pull up.
