Hi, This is the very first time I am using script and I was very interrested by random traffic. I have followed very carefully the step by step procedure, but DCS crash when I start the mission. The mission start on the F/A-18 with 5 C-130 as random traffic over NTTR, I select the map (F10) and few seconds later, DCS crashed. No C-130 appears on the map. The log file in attached. Hi, I was able to mose the dispenser switch at the start of a mission, but I cannot find the value for the master arm switch and the HMD ? Any idea how to find them ? Thanks, Vincent

Ok, dear friend, I have to apologies, I have made a terrible mistake ! The airbrake is between the both vertical stabilizer, and I had the feeling it was on the back of the aircraft, like the F/-15 or the Su-27! I was not able to see it from the angle of the extarnel view. Very sorry obout that, this is not a bug. After another test, the airbrake is working correctly. Hi, The airbrake extend correctly inside the cockpit, the noise, aerodynamic effect and the visual are ok. The airbrake appears not extended on external view. Vincent

I have started the mission from the beginning. The taxiway lines appears until I add an aircraft or I change the weather. If I remove the added aircraft or I reset the weather, the taxiway lines does not come back. This is weird. Any idea ?

Hi, During night, if I place an aircraft on an airport, taxiway lines are still displayed. If I draw a routing, place some other aircraft or ground vehicles, taxiway lines disappears !?! Anybody have the same issue ? Thanks, Vincent

I didn't notice that, 3144ft = 958m. So, I get back to the sim, and the DDI page is indicating 958FT. The units set in options is Imperial and changing to Metris does not change anything.

Hi, I didn't find the answer on the forum, but the TACAN elevation on the DDI HSI/DATA page is not correct. I made a landing in Creech, elevation is 3144 feet but the TACAN indicate 952 feet. Same with LAS VOR. Did I missed something ? Thanks, Vincent

Hi, The single rocket will be selectable via the editor. Does that mean that the number of rockets won't be selectable in the aircraft, or is it simply not possible with the real F/A-18? Thanks, Vincent

The system does not accept signal from NDB, only VOR.

If you set the radar altimeter below 0, the signal is OFF, so you should still be able to use the ALT RDR mode. The manual says invalid, so maybe it is a bug ?

Hi, When the ALT switch of the HUD control panel selected in RDR and if I select the needle of the radar altimeter below 0 to avoid altitude warning, only the barometric altitude is displayed on the HUD. According to the flight manual § 2.12.5.4.7, this happening when the radar signal become invalid. Is the HUD display is correct or is it a bug ? Thanks, Vincent
