Reminds me of the time I went there a few years back and saw my first Mig! It pulled a cobra even though I didnt realise what it was at the time it was the most spectacular manouevre i had seen (definitley beats a harrier hovering and VERY slowly reversing or some other lame thing :P) I havent been since though I guess i should next time.

Yeah that was my name for on the server only played 3 or 4 times but was great fun! very differnet from the usual servers

I am buying a new computer off a friend for myself (at the moment i share with my family) I have installed LO-MAC on my current compuet up to 1.21a (basically i have installed FC) Would i still be able to install it on my other computer or must I buy a new copy or delete it from the current computer to run on the new one? Thanks

OOh by the way just remembered an awesome seen - the flanker is on the taxi way (near end of the film i guess) but if you look at the intakes you can see flickers like sparks coming from inside the engine - that just a glitch or an awesome affect you added? (you may choose the latter for self pride if you wish :P) just caught my eye and wondered if it was meant to be - do planes do that?

Good stuff Very atmospheric which i like alot. only criticisms are that lens flare looked awesome at first then a little over done near to the end and the camera shudders as soon as the bomb goes off - should be a delay :P good work!

Hes just saying it was funny how many people thought they were fake (implying that its because the plane was Russian) yet many people believe this picture is real (maybe because it is American) Basically that its funny how there is bias on the forum Well thats my understanding of what he said meh

I need something that is actually going to waste away my time and where i can actually drink a fair few beers whilst watching :) I should probably fill my time making movies but I cant even get past the first hurdle of recording so guess you'll just have to make for me :P

I find the lighting on LO-MAC so boring you hardly feel the full heat of the sun baring down on you or anything no matter how clear the sky is - at the other end of the scale hiding behind a mountain at sunset isn't dark and hidden its just dull and gray. If you play the IL2 series and look up at the sun the contrast of the 'camera' changes to adjust to the intial blinding of it. The general game has a much larger contrast range and it adds a lot to the realism. I'm not sure what thats called but it would make me very happy if you added it :) thanks

really? but the camera doesnt move an inch it seems? I've always wondered how they did that - wow such an anticlimax too :( thanks anyway

And by still I dont mean from wobbling about but as in the camera looks like it is a fixed position as opposed to flying.

Oh its definitley taken into account as for what modifications go on im not too sure but look at the landing gear on them. they often have huge landing gear that are very flexible. Also remember on a lot of these ships they have massive workforce who maintain the birds round the clock making sure they are always flight worthy. I'm sure there are other things built into the aircraft to help out. On the other hand it is possible to throw aircraft around a lot more then most people think. There are videos on the internet showing huge passenger aircraft being slammed down on a run way and withstanding it, just dont do it too often :P

Before you change ANYTHING make backup folders first it makes things soo much easier if things go wrong.

I was completing a mission just now and landed back at base (on land) in an F15 whilst my wingman didnt bother touching down (nothing unusual as I never bother giving him space) but instead of giving it another go he just flew off to a near by US carrier and touched down there (even caught the arrestor wire with the emergency hook on the 15???) I have a picture of the 15 parked up on deck my proof is simply that im not good enough to do that myself so didnt bother enclosing it :P Is this a glitch?

wow thats the most awesome new plane i've seen recently love the massive loadouts they make it looks awesome looked at it and thought it was a model you made for lomac was gonna praise you sooooo much but its not quite my lucky day :(

k well my progress on my own so far was poor :( i downloaded and installed FRAPs and fired it up and ran it then i realised why i hadnt bothered with it before its because it records live unlike the lomac recordings which generate each frame seperatley then pieces them together at the end. Well my computer cant handle that so thats a no :(

surely if your a beta tester you dont need to download the video?? lucky you! (was only ever beta tester for a console system once :( ) :P
