  1. My 2.8 crashes appear to be related to the same .dll I am running NO mods, and used a vanilla .savedgames folder. I consistently get crashes in single player or multiplayer since 2.8
  2. dcs.20221031-110008[1].logdcs.20221031-110008[1].logdcs.20221031-110008[1].logUnfortunately i have been experiencing consistent crashes within DCS since the 2.8 update. The crash will occur within 20 minutes to an hour into gameplay. It doesn't matter if it's multiplayer or single player, i get the same crashes. I have attached my log. For me it seems to be related to this in all my crashes; EDCORE (Main): try to write dump information 2022-10-31 03:31:51.415 INFO EDCORE (Main): # -------------- 20221031-033152 -------------- 2022-10-31 03:31:51.418 INFO EDCORE (Main): DCS/2.8.0.32066 (x86_64; Windows NT 10.0.19043) 2022-10-31 03:31:51.420 INFO EDCORE (Main): H:\DCS World\bin\edterrainGraphics41.dll 2022-10-31 03:31:51.423 INFO EDCORE (Main): # C0000005 ACCESS_VIOLATION at C061972D 00:00000000 dcs.log-20221031-033152.zip dcs.log-20221031-112059.zip
  3. +1 this mapping seems to have been missed out in latest patch. also missing is the cartridge insert/eject External lights switch fantastic work on the updates DEKA, but just highlighting a couple of important mappings which are missing

  5. We're running your mission on our server! Great Work on it! We are really enjoying it! re CSAR, when some pilots land in trees, or on mountainside, what is the procedure to pick them up? Also noticed that sometimes "player" settings menu is displayed for another pilot including the pilot who spawned the menu
  6. i can confirm that removing the A4 fixed my DCS too.
  7. We've been running your mission on our server for a few runs. We all love the idea, and the implementation, you've done great job with it! The only problem is, after about 40 minutes, we start to get lag spikes, and eventually the mission just crashes.. Individual pilots can fly around, but any other aircraft they look at are frozen in space. We've re-produced this issue about 4 times, and will be giving up on the mission until perhaps there is a new version that works better. fyi - we run a modified TTI mission in normal rotation, and have had no issues like this, even after many days of server up time. Any ideas? We really love your mission, its just a shame we only get 30-40 minutes out of it.
  8. I noticed the non sling load ctld file seems to be missing from the Miz. I copied the non sling load ctld from the Persian gulf TTI .Miz to the Georgian one, and my F10 is working now.
  9. Hi People! Ive managed to edit a skin (putting my own name on the pilot spot! :megalol:) Problem is, when i view in-game, it appears off-set. Im not sure why? I haven't changed the size of the image or re-positioned it in any way. Any ideas? Cheers.
  10. the operational procedures provide more detail than you might think, but i never said it would include everything. Wind tunnel test?? I'm not sure where you're coming from there. A wind tunnel is not mandatory when developing a simulated aerodynamic profile. Though i suppose you could use one if you chose to. Developing simulated aerodynamic characteristics is more observational than empirical, and is largely dependent on the real-time engine driving the sim. You can base line easily, or using generic know quantities, and then tune from there using a plethora of data points and observational feedback. Development of an alpha AH-64 is completely achievable with information available in the public domain.. it simply requires people with motivation, and time.
  11. A fair haul of Pilot operating procedures for flight ops can be found easily. It's details on the weapon systems that may be difficult to come by. Still. A decent flight experience could be developed with the right people, and the right motivation.
