  1. Spring is coming soon
  2. The F-15 was never meant to be a maneuver fight aircraft. Neither version A nor version C. The fact that by the way it turned out that it has good technical and aerodynamic conditions to fight maneuvers quite effectively was a bonus to completely different assumptions. Therefore, in DCS, the F-15E will continue to be as effective an air superiority aircraft as the F-15C. Why? Because it's a structure that is supposed to shoot missiles at the enemy at high altitudes and high speed before he can effectively respond. I The F-15E will do just fine in this role, provided that it does not get castrated A-A radar, such as the F-16C or F/A-18C, and will be able to reach a ceiling and speed similar to that of the F-15C module. But if he can't get to around Mach 2.2 with load of 8 A-A rockets, get to 50-60,000 feet, and can see targets from 60 miles on the radar and lock from 35, that's the module I'll put on the virtual shelf...
  3. Probably yes... just strange that out of about 100 people in our community, problems on missions are most often reported by people flying under Steam...

    F-15E vs. F-18C

Maybe read a bit about him? Yes maybe. Therefore, the successor of the E - F-15EX is produced as a two-seater, but in principle does not need a second crew member for "standard" use. The pilot is able to perform 90% of tasks related to attacking ground targets. Of course, the second person - WSO facilitates, extends and makes the Strike Eagle a much more effective strike aircraft. But this is not an F-14 in which you can't do anything without RIO...
  5. Why can't people pay honestly for honest work that someone else has done? More and more often, wherever I go, everyone asks about discounts, promotions, reductions, some points ... Where are the times when someone performed work, valued it and someone else paid for it? They probably disappeared when banks, insurance companies, AmWay, people like Madoff appeared ... how to earn money to do nothing and have ... and if I have to buy something, it's best that the seller gives it back for free and pays extra. .. Someone is forcing someone to play DCS? As I wrote, the F-15E could be at full price in pre-sale for me. I would buy it anyway. Anyone feel cheated because they could not use the collected miles? I can give him mine because I don't need them for anything. I don't understand this world for some 20-30 years...
  6. I should do with "Error 504"

    F-15E vs. F-18C

One more thing I remembered - One MiG-29 was destroyed by the so-called "manouver kill", the other managed to escape from the Sidewinder. So we have 2 F/A-18 kills vs one Mi-24 kill (by laser) one manouver kill for F-15E. It's just that no F-15E was shot down and the F/A-18 was
  8. It will be - with two gunshot wounds one in the knee and the other in the back of the head

    F-15E vs. F-18C

And do you know why? By the way, if you write F/A-18 and not F/A-18C, it's tempting to ask if you forgot to count the F-15C? And the F-15 in the E like and C version still has a clean slate which can't be said about the F/A-18 And one more: F-15E have shot down a Mi-24 Hind with a LASER in Iraqi, what do you think?
  10. I have some miles here and I haven't used them once yet. And somehow I'm not too bad about it

    F-15E vs. F-18C

Since you are comparing the F-15E's weapon using capabilities from the front seat to the F/A-18C through the prism of the F-14, I'm sorry but you have no idea what you're comparing. Up until a year or so ago, the F/A-18C had nothing but stupid bombs and Mavericks. So let's get back to the discussion one year after the F-15E comes out. Somehow I'm strangely confident that the F-15E will easily replace the F/A-18C in everything except the dubious pleasure of taking off and landing on a boat. And he certainly won't run away from enemy fighters with a squeak
  12. Take three tanks, take off from Vaziani and fly to Anapa-Vitiazievo. If you reach this airfield, it means you can control the fuel

    F-15E vs. F-18C

Do You hear about JASSM-ER? One pilot... when i hear/read comparisons of the F-15E to the F-14 in terms of a two-person crew, i basically know right away that the person who writes/speaks has no idea about the F-15E.
  14. Yes, "some" group of people really succeeded. I know two such people personally. Unfortunately, I failed But I'm not broken because of it If it was for 100% of the price, I'd buy it too right away.
  15. IGNORED MODE ON !!!!!!!
  16. Whatever he be had - it's worth it.

    F-15E vs. F-18C

F-15E vs F/A-18C... 1 - The amount and variety of weapons taken A-G is basically the same. The differences are "cosmetic" and do not affect the capabilities of both planes at all - both will perform the same missions successfully using the weapons available to them. 2 - The amount of fuel taken and the longe of the flight is something that gives a huge advantage both in reality and in DCS - Even when learning how to use the module - you have more time to practice without the need to land and refuel again. One-hour missions? You mean take off from an aircraft carrier, do a circle 50 miles from it and land CASE3 which takes 3/4 of that time ? It probably takes an hour... well, I feel bad for Hornet pilots, since that's all they fly Normally, pilots flying from the ground as God commanded, not from some swaying boat, take off, fly a few hundred miles, do the job and land. It takes an average of 2-3 hours I think. I don't remember ever taking part in missions lasting less than about 3 hours. But it's probably because I fly the F-15C and I can afford it without refueling in the air for a flight lasting over 3 hours, including combat 3 - One pilot... When I hear/read comparisons of the F-15E to the F-14 in terms of a two-person crew, I basically know right away that the person who writes/speaks has no idea about the F-15E
  18. In A-10, GAU-8 Avenger: >>>The magazine can hold 1,174 rounds, although 1,150 is the typical load-out.<<<
  19. These are simple servers - no triggers, no dependencies. Public PvP and PvE servers are generally in 99% based on the simplest schemes without extensive scripting and, above all, without or with a very limited number of triggers that kill performance.
  20. Hmmm, changing the fuse to the "tail" one often solves this problem.
  21. Unfortunately, when you start flying in more complex missions and with more people online, you suddenly find that the Steam version is strangely more likely to crash during gameplay, freeze, etc...
  22. https://www.af.mil/About-Us/Fact-Sheets/Display/Article/104501/f-15-eagle/ It was always 940 rounds in F-15C. Nothing more and mby sometimes little less...
  23. In a moment, it will start a riot like in topics about the F-15E when will it come out? When it's ready Just like with the F-15E, over 10 years of waiting and I'm finally happy because I spent money on it And I still don't have it But it doesn't stop me from enjoying this fact
  24. Pre-order takes place before the product is released - so it should end on the day of module release Yes to my simple mind
