What asset pack are you referring to?

I like to make missions and have noticed the great lack of all types of assets for nations such as the UK, which of course will also work for many Middle East countries. Is there any plans for more assets?

Started the game up today and my saved throttle controls were there but not my stick controls, I tried plugging them both into different usb ports(on the PC, powered external etc) but it made no difference. I also tried, unplugging and plugging them back in them while in game, but it made no difference. My old control file will still not load. Makes no sense to me.

There's no input on the overlay, it must be something wrong I'm doing with the trim? When I use auto turn(to target) it always has me pointing about 10 degrees off the target, trying to trim dead on does nothing.

Thanks for the tips. I use my Thrustmaster pedals for yaw, I use the overlay and when it rotate right there is no yaw input. I have rudder trim on, I'll turn that off, I have everything as you have suggested, so maybe that's it. I used to use the top rotator on the throttle as rudder with my old X52 as the yaw twist was glitchy as hell, such a bad HOTAS that was, no probs with the Logitech x56. Thanks.

Ok, so I manage to get in to a nice stable hover, but as I'm searching for a target, my chopper will yaw right(with no input on the control indicator). So I yaw left while in hover mode and single press trim, that doesn't work, so I disengage hover, hold trim and try it that way, still it wants to yaw right. I restarted and it does the same thing, it must be me, I am very new to the BS. Also, auto turn does not help this. What am I doing wrong?

I've started to learn the KA-50, and looking through Chucks guide (version 17/08/2020) it says "Rangefinder (STDBY) / Designator (MANUAL)". Is that correct? I thought is was the other way round? Designator toggle left / Ranging toggle right?

If I could help make them I would, I can do skins, that's about it. Is ED planning them, can we as a community make them? One example is the little tanker that flies off the super carrier, another is the civilian traffic, the models are so bad, little box cars.

I put them in folder \Saved Games\DCS\StaticTemplate, but the only ones that show in mission editor are the default SAM templates etc. I am using Steam open beta.

Some guy on Reddit said people use this for smooth replay movies, but couldn't tell me who. Either that or assign joystick to view, I tried an xbox controller but could not get it to work on the sticks, so I tried my X56 but doesn't do anything in replay. Any ideas? Thanks.

I'll be flying level using barometric altitude hold and suddenly the jet will go nose down very sharply. I first noticed it always at the end of a mission I made, while cruising home after. Today it did it in a campaign I downloaded from the user files, at the start of the mission. Maybe some weird glitch with user missions? It's never happened on any official missions, but I've made loads of missions and it's only that one that does it at the end, and that campaign today. I am using beta, is that it maybe?

I was gonna say that. In my experience, these playback facilities are a big part of the overall game package. Back when I ran a racing league everybody was uploaded their replays to Youtube. We all love to watch ourselves.:joystick:

I've had DCS for 9 years and replays have never EVER worked. Is there going to be a fix, or does anyone have a work around for 2020?
