  1. How did the finished project look? Really excited to see what it looks like.
  2. Ah yeah I have seen this, and while it defiantly looks like it could be I am not holding my breath too much. The positioning of the Merry Christmas sign perfectly hides the wing in such a way that it looks like it could be a delta aircraft as well. Until confirmed outright not holding breath.
  3. Where? The only confirmed project I have seen is a user made mod from SVKSniper.
  4. Honestly looking really good, coding is always going to be hard for moders because of how the SDK is controlled. The quality of work done so far is honestly very impressive and I would hate to have to do what your doing with this. I recently started learning how to code for mods and have lost control myself in trying to create an efm for a mig 23 (Probably will never finish but I will try.). To each their own and a tip of the hat.
  5. Not sure What these are, the one on the right looks like a 21 lancer. Not sure what the one on the left is, any information would be good to have.
  6. That's just it, I don't know, these were connected as a single post. I know the right picture was shown up above and that it is an upgraded Mig-27. The other one I have no reference for except that it at least started life as a Mig-23 or 27. I believe it to be a 23 but am unable to find more information. I posted it because I have no idea what it really is. Edit: found more information, the one on the right is the IAF Mig-27 upgrade and the one on the left is pre upgrade. Sadly neither particularly the 98 refit. However there was apparently some talk about relaunching the 98 style rework for Syria’s fleet of 23s but it appeared that it went nowhere.
  7. Found this picture, possibly a model 2 or 3 refit where almost everything is the same.
  8. Yeah, I think it is just my cpu as for why the sudden change in fps, I think the updates hit the way things are rendered using hardware. I am not using a very powerful cpu either so my bet is on that. GPU is sitting 24-45 percent utilization at about 70 fps still. I think I just suffer it a little bit until zen 4 announces and gets put into production, or I jump over to intel.
  9. My cpu utilization is almost always up at 90-100 of a single core and is over clocked. I am going to run a test here soon where I am going to mess with some other settings.
  10. Yes, but I am not using that feature currently, unless that somehow can reactivate itself.
  11. The question becomes will we be seeing R-13m1 and R-14 missiles with the Mig-23? While decidedly old technology it still allows for some interesting mission ideas to be developed. I just hope people who make missions understand the design and function of the Mig-23 as it was intended and decide to incorporate it correctly into the world they build. Time will only tell but I am hoping that it will be as fun as the Mig-19 and 21 in gameplay.
  12. I’m using a 33 inch, 1080p, 165hz? I believe I know for certain it was over 144
  13. Probably not the website your thinking of, but I think I know the one you are talking about and yeah it is trash.
  14. These are the thoughts running through my head as well. The reason for this is that there were other data on the same table that showed all currently "Announced and In Development" content and was interesting how this showed in development but not announced. My intention was to get opinions and I do take it with a grain of salt. This data had all the modules mapped out as far as I can confirm. There are roughly 32 aircraft announced/in development right now. In example of the info, Razbam is included in 13 of them mostly announced. Heatblur is included on only known projects and this final item that is as above states in development but not announced. If it is accurate I want Heatblur to take their time with an awesome announcement and it not get spoiled as it is an aircraft that has been number one on my list for years.
  15. Of course however if the data which everything else is accurate I am more worried of if I do post what I found, what happens next. If what I found is accurate but not official what does that mean moving forward? This is the reason for the previous post.
  16. Hey I found a chart of information as to what aircraft are in development, and I am not sure about if I want to post it because it has some currently Unannounced modules that are "in development". Is there a way to reach out to make sure that I am not ruining anything or to fix this before it gets out to wider audiences so that things are not spoiled?
  17. Is this project still being updated or not? I really want to see this expanded upon.
  18. Yeah it makes no difference in performance at this point in time. Sadly I may never know what is causing this dcs related problem.
  19. When I get a chance I will disable it, but I haven't seen any changes so far and have tried doing multiple changes. I'll keep you posted.
  20. Thank you for at least trying, don't know why either. Only thing I can think of is poor little 3600 can't keep up with the single core performance that dcs requires. Thanks for your help.
  21. Does above information provided work?
  22. 5) The following was Timespy (obviously)
  23. I’ll answer your return question in order as accurately as possible. 1) Just using gaming preset 2) No, I don’t use unofficial mods 3) I occasionally have google chrome open for music or answering email, but otherwise it is just DCS, Discord, and SRS where applicable. 4) I completely purged DCS multiple times and started over from scratch. I don’t use the fancy launcher (like an idiot), so the best I can do is the manual clean and repair tools without completely purging all DCS from everything and doing a clean install (done a total of 3 times). 5) I will get those requested benchmarks done today if I am able. 6) Yes I used rAlt+enter and didn’t see any changes in performance whatsoever. Thank you for responding and taking time with my ineptitude. I hopefully won’t have field work today for my job so that I can get those benchmarks done.
  24. When I get a chance later today (probably tonight some time) I will do screenshots with msi running pulling my FPS numbers. I have both cleaned and repaired my dcs, I have even gone so far as to uninstall my entire operating system and then reinstall everything to see if that works. As per other games and test benches I on average in heaven get 195-205 FPS average with it occasionally reaching up near 400 FPS. Also worth noting I can crank my settings up and performance stays the same. Going to ultra clouds and high water doesn’t effect my FPS more than 1-5. Msaa also doesn’t hurt it and neither does the view range. Edit: Tell me what data you need to see in the msi overlay and I’ll put it in if it’s possible. Also of note my gpu hardly ever goes up above 40% utilization and most normally is at 20-30%. Marianas islands has my gpu up at near 70-80% and at about 64 FPS (average for me) in the tomcat.
  25. Here you go, sorry it took so long to respond to your request. The cpu is only clocked at 4.2 which is it's highest rate I can do with the stock cooler safely.
