I guess you don't have to do that. Try to put the original F-15C color schemes back. I just replaced the F-15 model and the F-16 model without meinit editing, then I could choose the F-15C color scheme. Isn't this what you want? -

You have to edit \Config\View\snapviews.lua . You can set the view center for each aircraft. You find the lines like this and change the values. Snap[#][13]["vAngle"] = ???? # represents the aircraft type. Su-27 = 1 Su-33 = 2 Su-25 = 3 Su-25T = 4 MiG-29 = 5 A-10 = 7 F-15 = 8 To make the view center to the HUD, you use these values. Snap[1][13]["vAngle"] = 0 Snap[2][13]["vAngle"] = 0 Snap[3][13]["vAngle"] = -4.5 Snap[4][13]["vAngle"] = -1 Snap[5][13]["vAngle"] = 0 Snap[7][13]["vAngle"] = -7.5 Snap[8][13]["vAngle"] = -3 I hope it helps. -
Probably you can play the campaign without those. But those two movies are the prologue and the epilogue of the 'Flaming Cliffs' campaign. Do you want to miss those?

Some of the movies are for use in Su-25T campaign and never seen before.

Merlin was faster than me.:icon_roll Some of F-15's textures are renewed and placed in the new cdds file. I think LoMan can not handle this because the old textures have still same texture names in the old cdds file. One solution you can do is uncheck the option "When possible, always install textures in CDDS files" and then install the mod. The textures will be installed in TempTextures folder as bare BMPs. (It may cost you a few frames though.)

cockpit.lua file question 1.1

Those settings are in \Config\View\server.lua now. You can setup those for each aircraft individually in 1.1 "Su_39" means Su-25T. In multiplayer play, the host can transfer this file to the clients, so that everyone can play in equal conditions. -

I made the step by step instruction to do it. 1. Copy the file \Lock On\ME\MEInit.xml of version 1.02 to somewhere as a backup. 2. Start Notepad and load the file MEInit.xml of 1.02. 3. Using Edit menu, replace all the strings [HumanCockpit=no] by [HumanCockpit=yes]. (Without "[" and "]" of course. It may take a few minutes to complete.) Then save the file. 4. Start LOMAC 1.02. You will see all the aircrafts as flyables. Make your own mission with your favorite aircraft as a PLAYER. (But don't FLY because you won't be able to control it in 1.02.) 5. Replace the QuickStart mission of 1.1Demo by the mission you made. (There are two QuickStart missions in \LockOn 1.1 Demo\Missons\Quick Start\ ) 6. Start Notepad and load the file \LockOn 1.1 Demo\ME\MEInit.xml of 1.1Demo. 7. Using Edit menu, replace all the strings [HumanCockpit=no] by [HumanCockpit=yes] and save the file. 8. Start 1.1Demo and FLY! It must be much easier in 1.1final because you don't have to use two versions of LOMAC.

Yes. The mod works only on 1.02. It modifies some unique LUA files that 1.02 uses.

I tried it, and it worked. To activate, you press ctrl-keypad0, then keypad1, then keypad7. To deactivate, you do the same. Your wingman/men's lights also flash. Cool ! I didn't think this could be done. Nice job, Jetfire.

There is a different explanation on page 181. It is called 'Light strip'. No consistency. -

I think ED can release no-starforce patch after two yaers or so. (Or when they stop supporting Lock On...) If they announce this type of comment right now, many people will be relieved.
