  1. I bet it is ...the ports are forwarted as far as i know, the same with my fellow pilot..still no yoy
  2. thats the point, i plugged in directly ..hardwire.. into the router ...skype is working great, and for me and my fellow pilot nothing is working to get a new server on line ... mostly the same servers in the server list show when we connect (about 34 of them), and we can connect with the unlocked versions (creating a mess in their worlds :)). but creating a server is inpossible.....!!!! The answer about roling back to a previous version may seem normal to you , but is completely new to me
  3. Oh yes i did, and by the way, i shouldn't be pressed to get into ports and routers to play a game, it is a misser to expect everybody to know about these things to get a game operating as it should. just plain instructions would do. Again..., great sim, greatt effort, but ...failure on this part
  4. It is inpossible to get e server active in multiplayer.... Great sim, but this is an obvious misser. What a waist of time.... (6 hours at least), to try out every change to get a server running on line with no joy ! I hope this is going to change quickly, because until now (on the forum) it shows that nobody is really knowing how multiplayer connections work (including me). If you produce a game for multiplayer functionality, you would expect that this kind of problems are allready solved or at least known. Hope that eventually i can play online with a new server. John
  5. Fuel Geage Could be that it is normal, and fixed allready !! The fuel gauges are AC instruments, and freeze in position when ac power is removed. DC instruments behave differently and mostly fall back to zero when dc power is removed. Rule of thumb for this is "AC lies, DC dies" With the real F16, the fuel quantity indicator, behaves exactly as current version of Black Shark
  6. Stand corrected Sorry, i was wrong:doh: Tried takeoff again, and you are right: Don't know what happened before, but now the P51 it is violently going to the left without correction....great !! Thanks for the replies.
  7. Beyonce fan ...so thats why the tread starter.:music_whistling: In my opinion the torque effect on the P51 is simulated in the wrong direction. With a propellor rotating to the right, during take off you should have every force acting to the left on the aircraft (Yaw left): 1) Slipstream acting on the vertical tailplane acts, forces nose left. 2) Torque pressing the left main wheel harder, causes more friction to "nose left ". 3) P-factor (down going blade producing more thrust with nose high) acts to nose left. 4) Gyroscopic effect of the prop during tail going up (90 degrees in turning direction)...also..left. I kan imagine that (with that much power and such a big prop) the procedure for a take off in a P51 asks for trim right because of this. In the simulation however, it seems that during take off every force is trying to race me to the right side of the runway, so that seems wrong to me. Hope i'm right, Hope DCS will correct to the left :smartass: Note: really a great simulator (in the build)...DCS rocks !!!
  8. Angle of attack movement Angle of attack indicator moving a little when parked. When you look outside, and zoom in on the Angle of attack probe (left side of cockpit) it is also showing the movement in the wind. Great realism
  9. Thats it, Im programming my Xkey device, and because my cougar Hotas is programmed for first and second detend trigger i deleted the keyboard command (forgot about that !!). I'm now using the trigger to continue in the training sequence, and it works fine. Should have figured it out myself Tanks for the quick and clear answer
  10. Got a problem getting through the training missions, wich i defenitely need:cry: ! In the training missions, when asked to press the spacebar when ready, i do this, but there is no reaction, the progam remains waiting on the key press it seems. I made shure it is not a hardware problem, the spacebar is correctly recognized in the Control assignment pages, so that is not the problem. Anybody with the same problem ??
  11. Was youre cabin pressurization working corectly? If the cabin presure is above 12000 ft, and youre oxygen mask is not working, (delivering o2 under pressure on the face). You will get hypoxic in real live. Dont know if it is modelled that way in the sim dough.
  12. Negative, Tried differend timings dough, And differend values of force , by the way  The problem exists with startup training and navigation training now  Thanks for thinking with me on this !
  13. Anybody had the problem of the spacebar command not beeing reckognized in the training missions? The instructions remain halted as if i did not press the space bar, but i did:crash: !!..I DID !! I made shure the spacebar of my keyboard is working, so its not the hardware ..............:helpsmilie: Thanks allready.
  14. Tanks ... In Flight again Tanks, for the quick reply It must have been the Throttle not in the right position as you said, even if i tried it several times with all posible positions! Tanks again;)
  15. Hello, I noticed a No-Go at my preflight cockpit check. The left Throttle is not moving from"fuel cut off" position, when entering the Key board commands RightAlt + Home Before the First Patch it was working fine. And because i'm the pilot , and thus unable to make mistakes like fingertrouble:music_whistling:, i have to blame it on the ground mechanics:joystick:. Hope they can fix it, befor my next training flight (in about 10 minutes:pilotfly:). But seriously now, great.. great simulator !!, and i surely realize the complexity of making it al work. Great job Ender
