Can...........not...........Help.........it. :pilotfly: :D Greets !

Just experimenting a little. During high alt flight producing a contrail, wondered if the Contrail would stop after engine shutdown...so tried it !! Did shutdown the engine of the Sabre, Contrail remained ! Now , i'm not sure if it's a DCSworld bug yet...but anyhow, it would be nice it was fixed for realism. Thanks already.

Brakes flaps and Nosewheelsteering Beautiful Aircraft, asking for it to tryout everything . Braking effect left and right wheel react as it should but is animated wrong. Outside view shows left wheel stopping when applying right wheel brake. I can not activate Nosewheelsteering. Flap selector handle jumping back when releasing "Shift+F"" and "control+F" thanks for the fix already :)

Cheap..but BRILLIANT:thumbup: Could have been a real live solution from the Dutch:D -
eeeuuhh !! Knocked one of the grunts over (on purpose :music_whistling:)..and...got what i deserved:megalol:. Very funny !

Thanks for the compliment after parking the chopper :D ..........Needed it.:)

Great add on, looks much more realistic. Thanks.

Yes i noticed that too. looks like the outside air temperature is stuck at the initial weather temp. setting at sea level. I've no tested it yet to make sure, but i think it is also not functional with the other modules. So it maybe not programmed in DCS world, if so that would be a shame, because OAT is an important indication for performances in flight. I also noticed that the OAT sensor is not extended through the windshield as it should, but thats just a visual thing. Ender..Out.

Had to laugh, because of the way of you lookin around after de rotor separation, It gives a good indiction of how you felt. :) :)

Did a quick scan, but could not find a thread about this one. I have to reverse the Roll axis in the UI of TrackIr to get the right reaction in the Sim...not a big problem, but i Just think it is not planned this way. First I thought it was Huey related, but the other modules act the same. Greetings , bug hunters :)

Thanks for the info on the "stby gen" and loadmeter Learning all the time ... greetings, John
-
Yep..checked it, and youre correct. it is on all the modules the same bug, so it must be DCS world. Tanks
-
I can not disable heatblurr. With the rest of the modules it can be switched off but not on the Huey !! Small stuff, but i think is a bug. Regards,

Restarted this moment and de DC indicator is ok now...must have been fingertrouble....Sorry !!. The "Standby gen" loadmeter drops a little below zero during start, think this is OK. The "mainGen load meter" increases during start (looks oké cause it is delivering power). After start, when (to try things out) I turn off the "main Gen", the respective load indicator drops to zero, and when i then turn to "stby gen" the "stby load indicator" deflects above zero, indicating it takes the load. So ... everything works perfect, great job on realism :)) Thanks for the quick reaction, now holding my breath again, to go hovering exersize.

First of all, great module... Have to learn to fly all over again :joystick::cry::joystick: !! but it's worth it. I noticed that during Start of the engine de voltage indicator goes to a higher value, while it should drop because of the load on the battery by the starter. Small thing, but still... Thanks, Should have placed this in the " Aircraft Systems/Avionics" section...sorry.

Program some aerobatics !:pilotfly:

I was a flight engineer, and though you should allways preset your switches in the position... "Ready to recieve power" before you apply electrical power, witch normally means; OFF. Normal or Safe...the equipment will not emediately fail or get damaged if the switch is positioned wrongly. It would be dangerous if, for example, you would get a electrical power failure witch is restored emmidiately would damage your equipment. !!

Bold technique, !!, but i bet you got a lot of explaining to do during afterflight beer, and de-brief ;).

Just for youre info, Skate. These sites helped me a lot, and i'm able now to host a session, ..great help :). The most eye opening fact was that i have to have a static IP adres to be able to Host. The only thing strange still, is the fact that my flying buddy, still is not visible on the server list ..when he is trying to host, while he has done exactly the same as me. Must be a fire wall or so, I'll sort it out.........merry Christmas Thanks a lot.
-
Oke.Skate..i will, and i'm gonna get in this router stuff a bit deeper, seems i have to:huh: One more strange thing i think is unexplainable, When whe triedout a session online the first time, my fellow pilot had created a session and hosted every thing was working as it should an we had a fun flight. The thing that is frustrating dat the next times whe did exactly de same thing and he never came visible into the server list anymore:doh:. So all the settings the first time must have been good, and the next........something changed, an we have to check and set al this router stuff:cry: And one last question to make sure: Do we have to rollback to an earlier version to be able to host, or not ? Appriciate, youre an others effort to axplaying this stuff, now it is my turn to solve it:smartass:

DMZ = De-Militairized Zone i presume.. (sorry ... joke), and i know that you are trying to help, but until now for every answer i get i have at least one question more. How do i get to the DMZ, can you tell me that ?
-
Thats what making this item so vague. Appriciate your answer and thinking, but i never thought about plugging my computer directly into my (cable) modem. Reason .. my moden is downstairs.. i have to install a cable to plug my computer in directly in there.. loosing my connection to the router, thereby loosing the connection of the internet to the router and thus the computer of my son's room..... a bit far fetched, and th e reason i find this whole thing a failure for this game
-
Thanks for the effort...i should read probably :( Youre lines where clear :D ..exept for L4D.......no clue !!!! Still in dcs world it seems that you should be able to connect via internet, and..............But.... i,ll keep still for now,.,., and work with the info you gave me. Thanks again
