  1. DOL and Hawkeye60 Mods
  2. Go to the user files download page and type VSN in the search box in the upper right. That will give you some other files that are not skins but will get you most of the ones made for VSN aircraft. "VSN" will be in the description / details for identification. seabat
  3. Stonehouse, I posted a video in the screenshot and video thread of your mod. Called Night Drop. I did find out that the damage model is still present. It just takes alot of damage to bring down the aircraft. I saw the lifespan in the lua was set at 60 where other modules are in the 15 to 30 range. Not sure if that has anything to do with it as I am still learning about codes. seabat
  4. Night Drop, Normandy 1944 C47 mod by Stonehouse
  5. daviddou80 and Urbi, Renaming the .dds files worked. Thanks, seabat
  6. My wife got into the aircraft and hung curtains on the windows. I thought I saw some instructions on how to get the clear windows back but I just can't find them. Can someone point me in the right direction? seabat
  7. My bad. When I said DC3 Paratroops I meant that specific version of the mod versus cargo and civilian. I did try all 3 versions last night and the Fw190 pilot still did not have any luck. No worries, I figured they may have been affected by DCS updates. The mods are still great static adds and definitely add to the experience when they are flying around dropping troops and cargo across the Channel or in Normandy. Thanks for putting these out. seabat
  8. Stonehouse, Morpheus, Before the merge of the 3 mods I was getting a green block for the civilian DC3. Paratroops and Cargo both worked fine. After the install of the OvGME file all 3 are working. Thanks for that. One thing that I noticed is the DC3 Paratroops seems to be indestructable. I was recreating a St Mere Eglise drop and the C47 flew through the flak with no damage. I then set up a test with a Fw-190 attacking and it unloaded all cannon and the C47 kept flying with no damage. Not sure if it is my end (2.7 OB) or not. Everything else seems to be fine. Carpet Bombing with paratroops works fine. seabat
  9. You need to find the appropriate .edm name of the dispenser unit and the weapon you want to use. Then declare a loadout in the lua. The loadout delaration will need the appropriate data filled in such as names, CLSID, weights, number of elements, position of the elements on the dispenser, etc. After that is done you need to place the loadout information under the pylons details you want to have the weapons mounted on. Sometimes there is already a CLSID listed in the aircraft lua and that will save you the trouble of declaring a loadout. One picture is a Thud during load testing, the other is the VSN F-105 (coincidently, also during load testing) Information is being sent to the VSN team on what I did to load up the M117's on their fantastic mod. seabat
  10. I read some where else that you need to have the generator close to the light. I made a group with one generator and one light and flew all around the light with no luck. I went back into ME, zoomed in and moved the generator right beside the light and it worked. The tow hitch of the generator was touching the light. I don't think you have to be that close but I have not tested to see how far away you can get and have not checked to see if one generator will work with multiple lights. No triggers set or scripts used. Just moved the generator right beside the light. seabat
  11. To the VSN crew, the Thud is just a lot of fun. Thanks!
