  1. 1) Most definitely worth it! 2) Yes it does. 3) No, but IMO its not really needed anyway. BTW, it doesn't come with rudder pedals so you might want to look into getting some of those. Saitek has some good rudder pedals if you're willing to spend the money. http://www.saitek.com/
  2. This was happening to me. Im glad it seems to be user error rather than a bug.
  3. These diagrams are great, thanks! I got them bound and laminated along with my 9-line card and mission data card.
  4. Im also slowly getting my bearings. It truly is a blast to fly!
  5. +1. I like the idea of colliding with trees and being able to destroy them and the refuelling vehicles.
  6. Wow, nice work. This is starting to look really good!
  7. I use Turtlebeach HPA2s which are perfect for the Track Clip Pro. They are also quite comfortable and have a detachable mic.
  8. +1. Hopefully the next DCS will be an F/A-18 which features full carrier ops.
  9. Hi everyone I am thinking about buying the new Saitek Combat Rudder pedals to go with my HOTAS Warthog. Currently I'm using my Logitech G940 pedals ( the G940 stick has to be plugged in still) which work fine except they take up more USBs. Do you guys think the new Saitek pedals are worth buying? Are there any disadvantages I should know about? Thanks
  10. It still blows my mind how awesome this sim is! Im also definitely going to but every future DCS Module :)
  11. Do you mean 1.1.0.7 full installer? If so its here: http://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/index.php?scr=product&ProductId=8&end_pos=135&lang=en
  12. + 1. This would be useful :)
  13. Also make sure you have trimmed the aircraft before you even try to connect. And like GGTharos said, focus on the tanker and not the boom. It takes a lot of practise but eventually you will get it. Good luck
  14. Im definitely going to consider buying it just to support the development team!
  15. Thanks for this, I was wondering the same thing.
  16. I think it is rewarding enough to come in for a gun run and destroy ground targets and know that you just helped out ally ground troops.
  17. I don't really agree with this assessment of what I think is one of the best if not THE best flight sim ever. I dont know how anyone can expect to jump into the Hog and be flying combat missions within a few weeks. I have been flying the A-10C since Beta 1 and am still not fully familiar with all the in-depth systems. All I can say is well done ED!
  18. I was about to suggest this. I couldn't reply to radio messages using keys like F7 because my TrackIR was using it as the smooth function command so I just remapped all of the TrackIR keys to Shift + F7 for example.
  19. I have always wondered if this was possible. Thanks
  20. Sweet! I'm a big fan of your training pack and will definitely download this! Good job! rep incoming :)
  21. Has it been confirmed as an F-18C? I have heard a few people talking about it on these forums and I was wondering if they knew something I didn't.
  22. This looks great! I'll def try it out. Hopefully it doesnt hurt my FPS too much :)
  23. I just picked up Bad Company 2 so I could play it on Xbox Live and it is definitely a nice break from MW2. Hopefully Battlefield 3 will be more focused on skill than COD otherwise I will probably only rent it :/
  24. I agree, I love starting the Hog up! It feels so satisfying hearing the APU start up for some reason
  25. HOLY #@!* ! That is awesome! I am truly envious of you :)
