Sorry. My english too bad for it. :( But for example you can see how ED made it for Su-25T. Any LOD-is new model which has approximately 2/3 polys from previous.

All parts of model must have UVW coordinates.

Для 14ти тысяч может и неплохо, но современным требованиям не удовлетворяет абсолютно .

Создай файл tpz.skins и там пропиши лоды как надо тебе. Правда я не уверен, что skins работает и для наземки. Но попробовать можно.
