  1. Awesome! Been flying the map in VR, and over cities it really pops as a map I must say.
  2. Definitely a welcome addition to the broader theater we already have in Syria and the Persian Gulf. These pre-release shots look amazing!
  3. Absolutely amazing looking. I can't believe you guys decided to do the estuary fortresses! Looking forward to the release!
  4. Good luck with the progress team, we're all very excited for the Phantom, ongoing improvements to existing modules, and without doubt you have some of the most anticipated modules in the business. Hoping 2023 is a bumper year for you!
  5. That's really cool, looking forward to seeing the HOJ feature. Impressive stuff on the AWG-9, that's complicated to recreate.
  6. Hmmmm...which comes first, the phantom or the eagle?
  7. The exit button you're looking at is the off-line log out mode, hence the wi-fi like symbol being blocked, not the quit to desktop exit the game button. If I recall correctly, there's a time limit for how long you can run the game in off-line mode: that's what the counter is, it has nothing to do with the license for the modules you've purchased. Log back in again to reconnect with the ED server essentially, and you'll be good. There is an exit button on the right hand side of your main screen to exit proper, or if you hit escape in game or post mission etc, it will ask if you want to exit to desktop. Hope that helps.
  8. The beatings will continue until morale improves...
  9. "I cannot give you a progress report on 200+ employees. many of our staff work long hours and extra days, and still, EA will be a long period of time for something like the Hornet or the AH-64 or whatever...." It never fails to amaze me how many people make assumptions about EDs workflow and development processes, based on broad perceptions of where they think a module's at, and then rip into the team for the inconvenience incurred. While the Hornet has been in EA for a long time, I can't imagine there's anyone in ED planning ways to keep it there just for giggles, or out of laziness and incompetence. I've especially appreciated the Hornet's capability in a multiplayer environment. 2.7's release has been a massive improvement to the aesthetic of the game, and the teasers we've seen on the Apache were a really pleasant surprise. The community has vast and competing wants, and possibly needs, but let's not overlook the tremendous work that's been achieved in the last 12 months across a broad range of products making this the go to combat flight sim.
