bump...Me too I could pay to get a new campaign for m2000. This module is incredible

I m not sure they are in Agile...but I imagine...Moreover, if they are, I ignore the lenght of their sprint. And yes the Dod Include test for sure. Honnestly I thnik they are in agile or adapt Agile methodo to theuir process. I cannot imagine that they dev in waterfall. In Agile you release waht is ready (some tested and bug free). It can be fix or features.

smaller cycle means a lot. There is good and bad : - you have frequent update but less content per update - you release ma LOT so you stress a LOT the QA team and QA cycle are shorter too. - more complex to follow a roadmap on 12 months and make announcement or you need to introduce some notion like the PI planning... nothing is black or white. They have to make choice and we will always find unhappy people/customers...it's like this.

It's a software department. So they develop in Agile. At the end there is the QA. They test. Test means : test new code, new features, check if there is regression, sanity tests,...There is a lot. And sometimes, QA say NO! there is a problem so go back in Dev. But you cannot release WHEN you want. So maybe at the end of a sprint they cannot release and now we have to way the next one. How long is a sprint for ED ? I don't know (maybe they are not using sprint to dev...). But whatever. I'm piloting a team of Dev too and trust me : it's BETTER to delay than to deliver a version with bugs, regression and side effects.

1 month after, no campaign. Is it possible to have some news ? :thumbup: Bueno <= so impatient to play this campaign

logbook is broken since april 2014. It does not record time, kil,..all info for each plane. Well DCS is a game without save.

good update but still useless for a lot of people cause logbook is still broken...since april 2014...sic...come on you could fix it. So boring to wait 2.0 to have the logbook. :(

yes and when DCS don t want to start I close my eyes and imagine it :D Thanks for the workaround man. I hope you don't provide such solutions in your daily job otherwise it must be difficult to work with you....:lol:

ok DSC 2.0 not before end of june... PLeease, please please !!! we need a quick fix for the logbook. I've been sooooooo patient ! I'm waiting since more than one year for this small fix. please I need an official answer.

I see why, like some friends. Why to play without save ? I cannot see my progress, my medals, nothing. And it is is basic features. I can find it working in all my others sims. So I play to others and not to DCS anymore. I'm waiting for a fix...since 14 months ! :lol: And I don't think you will have EDGE before september...or december (12 months of delay...what else ?). It is hard and long to code...release a bugged DCS2.0 could be a disaster. I don't blame them to delay DCS2.0. I blame them to inject this logbook fix in 2.X and not 1.X

I dont play anymore since this bug (1 year now) and i'm waiting to have this bug fix to buy new modules. they annonce they will fix this in 2.0 but when they announce this "2.0" was schedule for end of 2014. Now we don't know exactly. I think they should change their plans and move this fix in the branch 1.X instead of 2.0

Yesterday they should annonced the logbook fix...It could be the most incredible April fool :cry:

no I will not update...they don't care for sure...just very sad.

yes they should fix it...in April we will celebrate the first anniversary of the logbook broken. One year with no save in a game on the market since 7 years :thumbup: the official reason : it has been fix in dcs world 2.0 but not in the branch of v1.0 and it is too complex to move the fix from v2 to v1...so we have to wait for dcs 2.0 :cry:

yes...in april we will celbrate the anniversary of this bug :( No more save or logbook since one year... I know it is crazy but it is like this. And if 2.0 does not fix this I will not waste my time to install it...I will continue to wait.

ok it will be fix in dcs world 2. But we have this answer since september. 2.0 should be released before end of 2014...it seems it was not possible. We have to road map or schedule to say : ok it is delay to q1, q2, end of 2015...or whatever...can you make an effort and give us more info on 2.0 ? If it is in 6 months I will apreciate to have a fix before :/

i m doing the same...waiting. And dont play anymore. I play on another flight sim...waiting this fix to come back and buy more module. :(

yes I ve stop to play since may. I'm waiting this fix. Would like to take other module...but not without this fix... I'm waiting since so long. So I play to falcon4 or BOS...but I would like to play to DCS to finish my a10 campaign. It will be hard because since may I ve forget a lot of thing on all the process :( Don't think they will fix this until 2.0 unfortunatly. That crazy to think that one of the most basic feature in a game (the save) is broken...just crazy. I imagine new player arriving on the game and looking at the logbook (no trace, no history of my progress ? sad) please ED, realese a quick fix...come on...

do you know if is it still broken in the last open beta ? This bug is back since 9 months now :'( so sad...
