  1. same issue here, E-3A is blocking runway and all M-2000's just sit there and no way to go around and complete the mission. any work arounds would be appreciated. im on stable, pc version and same issue as this picture displays the E-3A blocking the runway of the M-2000's.
  2. Much appreciated. I'm also having issues with Mission 09 Red Flag, someone shared a work around for mission 09 on the forums but the triggers are buggy. Rocket 1 gets stuck if you follow the taxi sequence, but if you wait and let Chevy 4 ahead of you, then wait for Rocket 1 to reach the end of the runway, you can then successfully taxi and contact tower.
  3. Hi BiscuitBoustifon, So you are correct as timing triggers are not aligned properly with the voice over triggers, and do not correspond according to the voice over. A work around has been found: 1. You were correct about waiting longer and not taxiing and just answering the radio, even though the mission specifically tells you to be the lead of CH 04. 2. Also, waiting till Rocket gets to the end of the runway to start to taxi was very helpful, do not talk to ground before that and Rocket will not get stuck. Thank you, I was able to finish the mission successfully!
  4. I am close to finishing the campaign and love the Mirage M-2000C. The voice-overs and engaging unique missions allow for a versatile experience with the M-2000C and all it's French glory. The only part I didn't enjoy is the broken missions and wish the developer would fix these minor bugs due to patch updates. I'm not sure why the module is available but there is no support from the developer? This would be the best campaign if the bugs were fixed, and made me fall in love with the Mirage. Keep up the great work @baltic_dragon and please fix the bugs.
  5. The B-1B Bomber that is supposed to taxi and take off gets stuck at the end of the runway. The mission is void, as soon as you cross the runway marker you fail. There is no way to get to Rocket 1. Please fix this, this is frustrating that so many missions are broken in this campaign.
  6. This mission is stuck for me. Nobody taxis but me. There could be a blocked vehicle preventing the planes from taxiing but I can't edit them out. Please help!
  7. I'm stuck on mission 5 of the Red Flag campaign. Seems to be a taxi bug, no wingman are responding, only turning on their engines.
  8. Taxi bug, please fix. Currently unplayable.
  9. I'm having this same problem with Mission 5. Nobody is taxing, maybe I'll also try waiting longer as this could be a timing issue.
  10. I'm having a problem with this mission. All the triggers seem to be working from taxi, takeoff, and departure but I can't seem to figure out why none of my wingman are taking off to help me? I flew all the way to sally and didn't see one jet take off or ask for taxi. Including my wingman who said he was ready to taxi. Is this a bug with one of the vehicles blocking an aircraft? The briefing has them as starting up their jets, just not taxing, so this would explain it. Any input or advice would be greatly appreciated.
  11. So far I'm loving the campaign. It is much more challenging at first but you get the hang of it. But I need some help! I'm stuck on mission 05, I seem to be the only one that took off, no wingman with me. Is this a bug or did I miss something? I'm on channel 2 red, 1 green initial, then 3-4-5 to approach, but like I said, I'm alone at this point and nobody else takes off.
  12. Nice, I would be interested in more info as well Hammer Here
  13. My favourite squadron VF-111 !!! I love the idea and would be interested in joining in the future. I just purchased the module so I'm still learning the ropes.
  14. Sure, every mission is trigger based programming. Maybe it's not a priority, not a simple fix, but its still game breaking.
  15. Thank you, great bit of theory for the F14! I especially enjoyed the flat spin recovery lesson, though it doesn't always work. I've also heard that the POH for the F14 says to rudder with the spin not against it - which is really interesting.
  16. I changed my cockpit to look black, and I am able to read the lettering much better but still hard with TrackIR at certain switches. Looking at a few videos on what exactly does what in the cockpit also helped get familiar with everything. I've also been playing without sound actually. I'm listening to training videos on various aspects of the plane. I was finding the noises distracting when learning to fly it, but now that I have the hang of it, I'll definitely take the helmet off and let her rip, rattle, and roll. Technically, I've been doing it visually, you can still see the shake and I've also noticed rudder pedals in turns definitely help more in the F14, thanks for that! Strange, it was pretty game breaking for me and I can see a very easy way to fix it. Basically either force the view after <Spacebar> is hit or push an error, telling the user to switch to the other view. Not a big deal for me anymore since the cockpit actually loads and it was just a bug. Should be fixed imo. I feel sorry for the next guy...
  17. Thank you for your help. I ran the repair successfully and the issues still exist. The mission is the F-14 RIO Cold Start Training Mission, after entering the mission, Jester goes through a set of automated actions and I let him do his thing and wait for instructions. After a short while when the F14s take off, and an instructor asks you to ask the ground chief to turn on ground power and air supply then press spacebar. I do that after I get confirmation the ground power and air supply is on and then it changes my view to Jester, with his body there, and none of the Hud buttons showing, and pieces of the cockpit are missing, like knobs or switches as seen in the screen shots. I realized if I manually press 2, and switch to the RIO cockpit after I connect the ground and air, the bug does not occur. The instructor does tell you to switch to the RIO cockpit, but if a player does not know how (and I didn't at that point), there should be an error, or I would program an autoswitch and have the game press 2 for you when you hit spacebar to avoid the bug. Pressing spacebar before switching to the RIO cockpit bugs out as you see below.
  18. I was looking at that one. Not too bad, but Voice Attack is also subscription. Something for the Christmas list for sure. RIO cockpit* I was thinking of this myself and just found the DCS World repair feature. Hopefully this will help! I will have to re-run the mission after running the repair and see it if fixed it. I don't remember ever loading into the office so there lies the issue.
  19. I'll check it out, it looks very interesting with the voice command, cheers. I'd love a copy of that profile too btw. It only happens in the F14 RIO training mission, and I'm on a SSD, can't imagine gaming without one. the hud basically doesn't load at all, maybe a few minor things, and lots of clipping in the RIO hud She's starting to grow on me. Happens right in the beginning of the RIO training mission, there is nothing to follow prior? You can actually click on the highlighted invisible buttons and activate them. So its got to be a loading issue. There are better guides out there on RIO so I'm not worried since the RIO cockpit shows up fine any other time. You don't seem to be the only one. The audience votes F-14, therefore it must be good! I just don't know it yet... I appreciate all the input and constructive advice. This community is really something special! So far the F-16 and F-18 are my favourite DCS fighters, still haven't tried the M2000C but it's on the list!
  20. I think you hit the nail on the head as it is a huge challenge to start with. I was expecting something digital, but I can see myself really appreciating the analog feel it has. I don't mind a challenge and I can see there is a lot of information on how to fly it. Thank you for your honest reply. I will have to try the Viggen one day. Cheers! I mainly wanted to see what made this module great and the community here has been really helpful.
  21. Funny enough I found some videos on the forums, and a real F14 pilot was going through all the controls which really helped me out. I can see the aesthetics being appealing after giving it another shot, with the sound, though still not a 'fan' of the Jester system. I can see this plane being a bit of a learning curve. I'm crashing more from lack of information on the hud and the need to look around, she does not trim well. I constantly bounce between MSFS2020 and DCS. I know how a C152 feels and a B787. So I'm glad there is a remodel coming, though I like the authentic feel, just a more accurate one would be nice. Finally, I figured out how to go into the the RIO cockpit , and it is not like in the Training Mission where the buttons were missing. I was impressed actually by the level of detail; must be a bug or something, as I experience random bugs in the F14. The esthetics inside also reflect its state and I realize some of the 'roughness' it has gives it character. If I wanted to fly a smooth fighter I have plenty to choose from, so I see the allure of the F14's 60s feel analog feel. Thank you for your advice, it's been really helpful! I'm gonna get some of these mods going, cheers!
  22. I never had DCS crash until I installed the F14 module. I'm having similar issues, as well as additional issues of irresponsiveness from DCS and having to restart to fix.
  23. Ok fair enough you make a good point, the shake/rattle can be interesting if it was accurate. It feels the F14 gets a little shaky too early, and its too sluggish with the throttle/taxi when standing still. The physics don't make sense, and feel wrong, counterintuitive. It feels almost as if you are constantly struggling when flying this aircraft instead of enjoying it. For example, like reading the lettering (I love the scratched up, worn look, but not at the expense of eye strain.) I've never had to max zoom on and still have trouble reading the text. Poorly executed, great idea. Sure it's not finished, everything in DCS is EARLY ACCESS, but compared to other EARLY ACCESS modules, it's a nightmare. How can Heatblur Simulations (HS) create a RIO cockpit unfinished, and sell this as a duo product (added in the cost too, the most expensive module) and release it half-assed? Maybe I'm just confused and disappointed this module would be better than expected and maybe those who love it, are just die hard F14 masochistic pilots. I would love to see these bugs gone and the module improved! or ED/Other to release their version of the F14.
