No personal dig taken, I guess sometimes I don't care as much since my flying time has been pretty much zero over the last 24 months. I can say to people wait and see what happens. I do remember when I flew weekly....I wanted things fixed and added also. The visual thing has been an issue way before DCS/LO/LOMAC same onto the scene. It's hard to see what our eyes can on a monitor. When I was stationed at Luke AFB, I saw F-16 air refueling when I was on the ground, they had to be around 18k feet and they were miles away. It'll be hard to see that on our monitors. Just like the lines some people use in their pits to tell them which way is which and the speedbrake sound. We can feel and see in the real jet, harder to do that here.

That is true, it would be good if you got paid for it....but you knew how it was when you signed up for it. I don't think they are guessing, they are doing what they can do and the sim looks great.

If that's driving you to drinking......I'd hate to see you do my job sometimes. :D Seriously, some of the things people want will never be like it is in real life. The view is one of them, our eyes see so much better then what a monitor shows us right now. The people that cry they want realism...that's a good one, because 90% of them I bet have no clue about how it is to fly a real jet.

I'm happy with my 40" LED Samsung also, been using it for about a year.....too bad my gaming as been put on the back burner.

Maybe everyone should wait til EDGE comes out and see what it looks like then. We know it's been an issue for years, what is waiting a few more months going to hurt? Sith, it's not only the answer we want, people want some issues fixed and not covered up.

Both forums have people that can be difficult to deal with these forums are no different and both games have flaws.

Flying a sidestick is awesome and once you get use to it you'll love it. I started off flying ss and have even flown a real F-16. It's something you would have to try out for a little bit. I tried my friends centerstick set-up, it's ok, but I prefer the ss much better.

Who cares if BMS is out and it's a competing market, DCS needs to have an F-16. The most used aircraft in the world and we don't have it in DCS yet. There is still a good portion that's classified on every aircraft in DCS.

I don't know about the 15's roll rate, but the 16 roll rate is extremely fast irl. I haven't flown the 15 that much, so I'll have to take a look at it.

I was content with my CH pedals also, the main reason was because I had a full CH set up and it work flawlessly together. When I switched and decided to sale my CH stuff, everything was getting sold. Like someone mentioned....the CH pedals are narrow, but I never had a problem with it. Maybe if you fly a center stick, but I fly side stick. CH is built to last and I hope my Saitek survives as long as my CH did.
