I should warn you all - 320MB of RAM won't cut it when running high resolutions (higher than 1600x1200). I'd still wait a bit more for GTX prices to drop some more and get one. 300€ is waaaay over the top.

That's why I bought X1900XT and for a bargain - all I want is for LOMAC to run smooth and nice. That's it. I had only Ati cards from 8500 series onward and never had problems with drivers.

Aeroscout, make sure you get a Core 2 Duo (64 bit) processor and not old Dual Core (32 bit). There is a significant difference in performance. E4300 are really dirt cheap aand have a lot of OC potential.

Not entirely so - dual/quad processors are long present in servers and professional work stations, but were to expensive for ordinary users. One sim that supports dual core processors is (here we go) Falcon4. Falcon uses both cores and shows a significant boost.

Besides Lock On v1.02 Desert moded & Lock On v1.12a? Used to play every single FPS on the market, single or multi - BF2142 is the first I'm missing out. First BF with Desert Combat, got me into sims :) Apache was really tough to fly. And I love tanks, usually I always kill any other tanks and take over the base. I'm like a natural, but not in LockOn I'm not - I still fell like noob sometimes :P
