  1. This sounds like being heard from the DEVs, that feels good. I love this game and the Teams behind it.
  2. You are speaking of DCS bios right? or is it an ingame keybind?
  3. Still wanted.
  4. I use the FLIR in HUD feature of the AV8B every time I am flying at night. I think I will do, too when the F15E is nearly free of Bugs and usable. For example, using the MFDs is nearly impossible with NVG on.
  5. Can confirm. Had a low fuel warning very early and thought that could never be with my fuelsaving flight. Appeared after hard defending manoeuvre with afterburner. My rearm menu looked the same after that. Had to pick a new plane to fix. but I think the times after that I was normal flying. I do not know how often my fuel was wrong calculated due to that bug but at the moment I cannot trust the fuel meter. Since I was flying the C variant often before, I knew the f-15 has a very long time on station.
  6. I read the chucks guide and there is no function missing. Everything else is classified. So I never read the original manuals by ED or Razbam or else 3rd party dev. They all were bad until this time so I always got my missing information somewere else.
  7. I was always lucky with my 24" Version of Acer Predator XB271HU. looks good and feels good to play on.
  8. I care for the Harrier… Even though I have half of all the other modules, AV8B is my most played one. If you stop complaining about problems and bugs, you could overcome them. at the moment I learn to fly F/A-18 to help a friend getting into that module and it does not feel better than the AV8B
  9. So, in 2020 Ugra Media sold Syria for 49,99 + 30% discount + miles program. Tell me what changed in the last 3 years that both new 3rd party modules in 2023 (F-15E and Sinai) came without miles programm and they both are more expencive from beginning? Why even argue with discounts? you can tag whatever price you want with whatever discount you wish on everything. Does the deal become better when the pricetag on Sinai is 99,98$ and I give you 60% discount or does 39,99$ stay 39,99$
  10. It is the same <profanity> they did with F15E. I would spend 22€ on that map while using 18.000miles but now I will not even buy that map and keep playing Syria. In my opinion this is just an excuse for ED to make more money.
  11. Thanks. Does the LTIP designation have something to do with INS drifts? I found out that they programmed in a drift for designations when you keep flying for a while. I once flown in a bigger MP campagne and had to wait for strike until the F/A-18's SEAD was accomplished. When it was ready for save JDAM bombing, i slew though all my Ts and found out they all drifted away while flying in IFA. Does that stop with using laser ranging or does it all come eith IFA and i have to use NAV instead?
  12. I was okay to wait for EA-release but since the F15E appears everywere on YT i am so disappointed that i wish this mofule would not interest me anymore and i could get my money back
  13. I understand what the positive effect of this is but when do i use this while JDAM process. Before designating and pressing TOO or after designation and than pressing TOO or after i already designated and flying to the target
  14. A year ago, I was serching for an Answer to a question that was very close to yours. It endet up wiring up 26 switches, 13 buttons, 4 encoder and 11 potis to two Mega2560 arduino controller and now I do not even use my Keyboard anymore and My HOTAS even has unused buttons, i do not know what to use them for Cost me less than 150€ but many hours of fun building all that stuff. Most of the material used for framework was rest pices from a homeworker shop here.
  15. Therefor there is an WP incement button. For AG attack in my opinion an automatic would be annoying because of designate function. Sometimes you overfly your own waypoints for finding targets. An automation could be problematic. Due to the fact that you hold dound the WPi button for fast selection of WPs and switching to TPs you always want to have this button on your HOTAS even though.

    PLEASE DELETE

His price is good for german market But it is too high for most (me includet even though I would love to buy one) But without the tracking Devices it is Not practicable if people Not already got ond base stations.
  17. PM for Cubesim MFD screens
  18. Funny, you are talking about Store-A and Store-B. Tell me, what is Store-B when DCS was Store-A? maybe Falcon BMS or MSFS? Pahaha. There is no real competitor for DCS so ED can ask the hard core community for any price they want for modules until they reach a point, none of them can handle the price anymore and there is no playerbase left. It is always good to see, when you point out something problematic with a company and when you try to tell people, some customer just place themself defensive infront of the company, earning nothing from them, like a simp for a streamergirl. While the company just stands there, doing nothing and just watch. People are different in handling the Market. A Market does not simply put goods in a shelf. They do marketing to make the customer hot before and try to get as much money, they can get from it before people stop buying things. If you buy a car and something brakes, would it be okay for you if the price for spare parts is so high that you better buy another car because it is cheaper? But you may not find an example for that because there are people complaining about high prices for spare parts and therefor the market can not just ask for randome prices. (To be clear: Even though this is a DCS Forum Topic about Module prices, the following sentence does not directly refer to DCS or EDs price calculations) people like you are the reason that prices do not have to be adjusted down when they are too high and instead rise for no reason just because there is noone willing to stop the companys And while you repeat your "noone is forcing you to buy": There are many people who are low on budget but very interested in Flight sims. And these people get pushed to buy "cool modules" because there are people like you around, having no problem to buy that expencive stuff and telling them how good the module is or will be later. This is like telling people to give up the dream "of becomeing a doctor and heal people in need" just because their family has not the money to pay the study costs. Can you see in poor people what they can and what they can't? Is it you to decide who is worth playing DCS and who is not? I bet there are many very good virtual pilots out there giving it up because it is too expencive while there is a whole bunch of people who just keep buying stuff for DCS and are not even worth being called a virtual pilot because they fly so bad.
  19. Interesting fact: F-15E is the only non-"Campaigns created by 3rd parties"-module that does not participating in the ED Miles Program. The reason? Mathematics. Excample (Considering ED will give you Miles on the F-15E when it comes in early access): Full Price: 79,99$ Pre-Purchase Price: 79,99$ * 0,7 = 55,99$ (30% off) Early Access Price: 79,99$ * 0,8 = 63,99$ (20% off) (now when you would get ED miles in Early Access you could get + 6399 ED miles that you may spend in other modules later) => 6399 ED-Miles ~ 6,40$ => (79,99$ * 0,8) - 6,40$ = 57,59$ So what is my point? If you calculate the theoretical difference (57,59$ - 55,99$ = 1,6$) the ED Miles show us what the target price for the product was calculated by the ED sales team and the lowest possible price should not undergo a limit around 56$. I would never say the price is not okay for a well simulated and detailed DCS module but the problematic point is where they cut out the possibility for everyone who calculated the last investments in DCS like this in ED miles. In my order history, the last payments was in Black Shark 3, Mig-21, A-10C II, SA-Map and F/A-18C. Without spending ED-Miles, I saved 18.650 (18,65$) for the F-15E and calculated this in all my Received miles. I could have paid all the Black Shark 3 or half of the MIG-21 with that Miles, reassured to know that ED will not loose money in me because they had good salesmen who already calculated my Miles-Investments very well and got prepared for that situation when i will use these Miles. The conclusion from that is: Giving the F-15E in Pre-Order without the option for miles to be used is just a way to use the hype to cash out of it in just the hope that the people who did not spend the miles now wont do later because they already got the F-15E and ther may never come a needed module later than. my prediction is that when people do not point out their problem with this, ED will do this pre-Order-no-miles way with any further module coming. Therefor the only way to hold up a <profanity>storm is by letting people spend their saved ED-Miles in early access. Therefor only the people who do not care about spending miles already spend 55,99$ in the module and saved 1,6$ difference from ED-Miles Cashback and all the others can spend their Miles for the purchase or saving more of them for upcoming/other modules.
  20. I think what you wanted to say is not "I couldn't care less about additional goodies like miles" but "I couldn't care less about money to spend because I am moneyboy and I have the MONEY. Now go aside you poor monkeys" Yes i did preorder the F-15E myself because I want it and I do not have to care about money to spend for DCS. But nevertheless I can understand people having a problem with the F-15E-miles loss. When you have low income, it is hard to play aside with people who can efford the newest Modules and having the best PC with newest VR Ready eqiuipment and expencive HOTAS. So if you have the money and the best DCS eqiupment, STFU in discussions that have to do with money problems of other people. This is the same silly statement, like War thunder player saying "it is okay that the F-5C Paket cost 59,99€ while the P-51D-20 is just 29,99€ because one is just Tier IV while the other is a more modern jet at Tier VI. There has to be a difference in price because reasons".
  21. therefor I use a 3090 to power my HP-Reverb G2 in DCS. And even the 24GB VRAM is not the holy grail in DCS. I had to switch from SteamVR to OpenXR by using opencomposite to get "good" VR results. ED realy has to work on the game engine soon. idk man. I used RTX 2070 with Oculus Quest 1 + 2 and HP-Reverb G2 and the results felt really bad. I had to turn down everything to low and it was still shuttering. With a system of a friend i tried the VR setup with 3070, too and because of that bad results I bought 3090. That was the first time i was not dissapointed of DCS-VR anymore.
  22. Sorry for the flex but who buys less than RTX 3080 when planning to play DCS with it? For me, 3070 already is obsolete for DCS.
  23. just to know. Was this Crash problem fixed without mention since 2.8.1.34437 Open Beta ? I had the same issue end of last year but since i play in january i cannot confirm a crash again.
  24. I Have the AJS37 and would pay atleast extra 20€ to get the JA37. I saw people here explaining that classifications in documents would be the problem. I understand that but for me it would be fair enough if it would come in a slimmed version of the original. Just let the best looking plane in DCS be a reasonable fighter. Even an integrated gun would change a world.
  25. Hey cool, I just started the campagne yesterday and was very excided when I heared that it was fully voiced. It was a little pushback when I found out, it was buggy. Now i read, that you guys are already fixing it. Great. The first two missions were fun so far. (even though there were missing sounds) The problems may came with 2.7.11.21408.1 when ED added the new Voice Chat. I noticed on some servers that Radio Presets broke in some modules. (presets were not the same as in the briefing and kneeboards etc.)
