  6. I can live without these :D 49 - Missiles expend too much speed when turning 50 - Short range missiles do not turn hard enough 51 - Virtual Pilot G-Tolerance is too low

Hi Lefty I was just making a point of a much less faster gun hitting flying targets way more effectively than guns designed to do so and yes I share the same sentiments about FC2 damage with few hits more effective. I mean I watched some gun kill footage ex Mirage Vs Mig-21 and 1 burst sends the plane burning up like a torch.

  9. I agree it was a bit much in FC2 but FC3 is weak for 20mm or 30mm damage. We need a medium. On the other hand a 25mm bradley cannon can shred you to bits in DCSW. Great gunnery or very strong 25mm... have not figured it out.
  10. I did not notice a cannon dispersion difference between FC2 and FC3 from the range that I was firing on a non maneuvering target at short range. One burst of 30mm cannon should obliterate a fighter airplane, hence the migs and the Su's carry a very small amount of ammo
  11. So no one finds the cannon on the F-15, Mig-29 Su-27/33 weak?
  12. I personally found recently today during a gunzo fight that the 30mm on the Mig-29 or the SU-27/33 was kind of weak. Also the 20mm on the Eagle was weak. Have the values been toned down? Feels like a strong 50Cal instead of a 20 or 30mm cannon Is this a new feature or an unreported bug? I'm comparing it to FC2. Also it could be the guns are the same but the planes are tougher :)

  14. Not necessarily. If you install a skin to replace an existing skin that you don't like then even if you play multiplayer you will see that skin on other players regardless if they have it or not. It must be available in the mission though. Also if you decide that you will not replace and existing skin and merely add it and create a multiplayer mission with a skin of your choice, you'll see that skin in the game if you host but other players will default to the 1st available skin on the list, except for the ka-50 which will show orange (It's a bug that needs to be corrected)

  17. @MemphisBelle : I think this was the solution. Left engine starts without the boost pumps, but the right does not. Happened to me in version 1.2.1 did not test it in 1.2.2

  21. I had issues with the updater. My anti-virus was stopping it. Disabled my anti-virus for a moment and it worked.
  22. Yes attack planes will get the MFD or shkval displayed. Fighters will get the radar.
  23. A lot of people are waiting for 3GO's Su-27 and Combatace's SU-33 models to be converted from FC2 to DCSW, hence great skins will be available when those models are out. As far as 2nd monitor Zmey link is right, you'll only get the radar to display on it.
  24. I noticed a bug after the latest patch. Zu-23 type weapons no longer have tracers. Noticed it on a Shilka, Zu-23 emplacement and UPK-23 on KA-50 (This was in multiplayer)
