During my F-105 research, I cam across this faupaux seen below. What actuiall plane is that? It's not a Thud OR A 102/106, but I like it.

I was just thinking right now that what a journey this has been with the research. All of the teammwork in here, and look at all we have now. If I have to be conservative, I'd say I have personally spent about 1000hrs researching, chasing rabbits, scouring, you name it. My last material aquisition was from an aerospace school in Ohio. Such an odd place to find things. I am glad that I did. I will continue the hunt for every scrap.

Yeah but I have no idea how to contact them and even get a reply. I'm sure they are busy with the Eurofighter right now. I'd have to contact someone like Magnitude 3 or Grinnelli. Mag just dropped a module so their plate should be open, and they've already developed a similiar aircraft, the MiG-21BiS. Grinnelli is just about to pop with their F-100D (I am assuming), and they have experience with an American Vietnam Aircraft. The thing about US Fighter Planes is that there are some of shared components between every manufacturer. Once you begin to understand how they operate, jumping from plane to plane becomes less of a chore. For example, with my F4U-1d, I didn't have to go through the training missions to use the "Bat Bomb". I know it's a guided weapon. I know I need a detetcion signal, and a lock, and a maximum employment range just on experience with all the other planes I have. I know the fatser and higher I am the better it will work. Once we have a 'D' Model, making an 'F' really should not be an issue other than performance and aerodynamics. The back seat is literally the front seat with less equipment (correct me if I am wrong). Now the the 'Gift Horse', which is the 'G' model, and probabaly the most sought after in this thread will be challenging. I have yet to come across any supporting documention on how any of the ECM or EW systems worked. I do not own the module but I think HB did a bang up job on their AN/APR-25 (I saw it on YouTube). Also their are no flying examples. The only well intact 'G' I know of is in the Smithstonian. And like Joe said in his interview (Grinnelli), getting a museum to let you crawl all over their priceless artifcraft is tough. They also have a 'D' model as well. Even using scafolding and 'soft gauges' (photogrametry) might be a tough sell to them. I'm only speculating though. I really wish I knew how to code in .LUA and model in Blender, I'd be well on my way building a MOD for us. I'm sure I can learn it. If I can use SolidWorks (hobbyist), CREO (professionally), and CATIA V5 (professionally; I can do that.

I paid money for this and will not upload it. I have more stuff that is not included in my download. What I have compiled was free and publicly available. I am about to order two more books that are $400 and $800 soon. I dont care about the free stuff. I am sure someone here is trying to sell all of that right now (to the illinformed), LOL.

Constant Stuttering Frequence since 30th of May update
SOLIDKREATE replied to ejbhimself's topic in Game Performance Bugs
This has been happening since the last update for me. If I use the outside view camera to view the skin I just made for mistsakes, it stutters when rotating around. This game itseld is taking a lkarge amount of time to even boot up too. It even takes forever to shut down. LOG FILES.zip -
Hello, As of the last update I have been experiencing unusually long load times launching DCS. Click the icon in the taskbar. Usually one or two min go by before DCS will boot up. Once it does, it take a while for it to log me in. When I open the mission editor on a mission that I have saved, it takes an unusually long time to load. Closing the game just hangs and hangs, then crashes out. This is on a fresh installation. GPU drivers are up to date. BIOS has been flashed as of yetserday. This happens both in regular DCS and in the MT version. LOG FILES.zip

[TEMPLATE] F-16C Template is corrupted, washed out color profile
SOLIDKREATE posted a topic in F-16C
Hello, I'd like to report a bug with the 'F16_bl50_Main_2_Template'. The color profile is corrupted. No matter which one you select, the colors remain washed out. If you look at the swatches, the gray I have selected is gunship grey. The swatches along the top where you see blue or ornage, those are supposed to be FS595 Insignia Blue and Insignia Red. The rest of the templates from the ED site are okay. It's just this part of the folder. F16_bl50_Main_2_Template -

What can't we release Cold War Germany Phase 2 without?
SOLIDKREATE replied to MAESTR0's topic in Wish List
Oh I have these murals from Bitburg AB. I assume these on the barracks behind the ATC Tower? Kind of s small detail but I think you could use them.
