  1. You may try stop using in game ipd. I use crystal light, and used to have the same 55 custom ipd, to scale the world up. It seems that the world is better scaled now, so I no longer use this setting
  2. In dcs I can see things clearly with nvg up to 10-ish km, I think it's being too clear actually.
  3. Probably ahead of myself since BS3 hasn't got the pilot model yet but It would be cool to have the sun visor and monocycle of the Mig-29 fulcrum.
  4. While making this post I thought it was a bug, but after some searching I find all kinds of ladder placement. Real crew probably rest it on the ground more. Then again, I hope they can hook it since it looks more proper
  5. On your image with 61 ingame ipd, the monocycle is also a bit to the right, my setting is 55 so it's even further. The update log said it fixed the issue where hmd wass not affected by ipd setting. No pimax update in the meantime. So the hmd of mig-29 in real life can't be adjusted, the ingame ipd setting moving the eye position relative to the monocycle makes sense now, but it caused this issue for users who need to change world scale. Since ED advertised Pimax headsets I think they make a work-around for this. Like a proper FOV or World scale setting, instead of Force IPD.
  6. I guess this could happen to pimax more than other vr headsets. They probably extend their fov by making the overall image smaller. Because in cyberpunk 2077 vr mod, and some steam games I also find the world smaller, that I need to use scale. Regarding the Apache, I checked the IHADSS, and it actually worked fine, perfectly centered. Besides, HMD on black shark 3, is also perfectly centered, though this one doesn't have model yet. HMD of F-16 also has no issue. The problem is on Mig-29 only.
  7. I have the same issue. Pimax Crystal Light Hardware IPD: 66 In-Game force IPD: 55 Without using custom IPD, the world would look 20% smaller than in real life. However the current issue is a result of proper ipd scaling after update. I can see the monocycle is move to the right about 5mm (or my right eye is moved to the left by 5mm).
  8. While I do want spo-15 for Mi-24p, I just realized that Ka-50 has no rwr at all, but IR and Laser warning.

  10. Probably not since it's a bit small for adult. I have to use this force Ipd because my headset display everything 80% as big by default.
  11. I can confirm the same problem. Pimax Crystal Light, Force IPD setting, 55 Basically a must for Pimax headset. Without Force IPD everything looks smaller than in real life.

The front wall of cockpit behind panel and rudder is currently missing texture in BS3. 1, See picture 1, the front wall has no texture; 2, See picture 2, this can be seen by the side of HUD; 3, See picture3, this can be seen through the gap of the panels. Hence, it is quite obvious in VR. I have also attached a track to show where it is. Black shark 3 has one of the best external model, yet this problem sort of stand out in cockpit.   13. Hey I just find that you can add dcs to pimax, and launch dcs from pimax. It works for me now, that DCS can have its own preset.
  14. If this SPO does have trouble with hprf emission, what about mprf in pursuit mode and Coop mode?
  15. 100% reproduceable on my side, and here is the track. I have no mod, and the mission is from quick start and mission. 1, IAS, HSI are using English cockpit versions in Russion cockpit 2, HSI is not telling range 3, I have a clean installation without any mod, and this happen to all quick starts and missions.   16. As the title says 1, Some gadges in Russian cockpit, such as altimeter, is now in English 2, HSI doesn't tell range, always showing 000. HUD nav mode still do. Additional information: This is using Imperial unit and Russian cockpit, if that matters. mih29hsiand gaudgebug.trk
  17. Comparatively less than Su-24 which offers redfor guided ordnance and Mig-31 which offers LRM and pesa radar, and will make fulcrum completely undesirable.

  19. I use Pimax crystal light, 7900xt. Haven't noticed any mig related crashes, only crashing while trying to join MP, which is more of a dcs core thing.
  20. Not really, Mirage radar can properly tell what height the target is at, and what height you are scanning, and can assist navigation in low vis condition. Mig radar in comparison needs gci assist to be properly used. Use it as search radar then you lose spo-15 entirely, becoming a blind bat. And the acm mode of mig currently have a very low chance of picking a target (not sure if it's a bug), whereas for mirage every acm mode works fine.

  22. After all the resource into developing a proper RWR, some people hate it, for it being too bad to actually do anything. Mean while another bunch of people criticize ED for not realistic radar, magically picking up things. Hence, this mixture of semi-realistic state of the implementation is actually good fitting both crowds' needs, lol. Dcs is not for competitive gaming anyways. And after ditching easy flight and easy avionics, I can't see why unrealistic rwr should be an option. In fact, all modules should update their rwr to be realistic.

  24. Speaking of which, the fulcrum and blackshark are from the same team. By their pace we may see another ED redfor in, let's say, 4 years. The team is still busy on finishing the fulcrum though. To be fair, as a redfor guy, whatever they cook you'll get it anyways. Now that we have proper SPO-15, N019 and OLS29 modelling, Su-27 seems to be well based. I can't lie Su-27 is my second favorite plane to get in DCS, and do wish to see it in 2026AB, but not like it's happening soon.
  25. Of course a Flanker will be well received, but it will definitely kill Fulcrum sale. And again, it as a fighter doesn't bring more features, since Fulcrum is the Flanker we have at hone. Bomber attacker and interceptors, such as Su-24, Su-25 and Mig25/31 would all bring more to DCS than Su-27, since they fit different roles. Speaking of FF redfor heavy fighter, I consider F-14A 95gr to be the next one. lol
