  1. Developed by China and in service in Pakistan. Just like the mirage F1, this is not blue nor red, or both.
  2. I mean, those stripes look like a hornet, no? ;>
  3. Could very well be, since only Iraq is promised for 2024... Anyway it's actually happening sooner than expected.
  4. Good. 2024 and beyond... I guess for 2024
  5. Again I see someone asking others to find the official statement or legislation from Russian government to prove that the security law exists. One month ago when I was investigating Israeli laws to write an essay, the suffering of fumbling through thousands of documents, laws and legistations gave me a heart attack. Hebrew is the language I don't understand, and most likely Russian as so to the majority of the community. So the simple strategy to neglect some argument disliked by one, one just needs to ask his fellows to suffer again to get a single statement, which is not worthwhile. Meanwhile, before anyone else did it, one doen't need to prove his point that something is allowed. The harsh reality is too obvious to turn a deaf ear to. What had failed already failed, what had been canceled was canceled, what was anticipated has been on hold, what we currently have is all we are going to have, and what is not likely to happen is not happening. People don't need to be scholars of law or politics to know something is wrong; if other developers have already faced strong obstruction since 2014 and even ED have suffered in recent years, something must be wrong. No I am not going to study Russian law which is changing fast, unless I am paid.
  6. Mi-24 was released 2 years ago. Just the situation intensified so Black shark 3 had features canceled and fulcrum haulted. I would be thrilled if ED finally get it through to make a fulcrum legitmately
  7. Server is one thing, my case is more special. Years ago when they were still using code lisences I bought multiple lisences from third parties. That's why. But in order not to buy lisences into wrong accounts, I never save the account info on my computer. Hence, 2FA everytime.
  8. Real pain. I have 2 DCS accounts, each with paid products and 2FA makes everything messy. Now everytime I want to check the website I have to do 2FA. Not trial, just to login. Fortunately, they haven't restricted logining to the game. Please, come up with something more sensible.
  9. Yes, 4 detent sets to be switched within a minute or two. Though I prefer using a single detent sets with different curves. Not curves really, output=input×X, so the line is straight, pretty much like the custom AB we are asking. Still, the hardware function cannot fully overcome the issue, not everyone have access to vkb products, and in-game setting would be way more convenient and effort saving. Seperating them to each and every module seems like a good idea indeed.
  10. A country with thousands of laws and legislations and you ask a fellow to do the hard research... in Russian Language. Put it this way, BS3 has planned features missing, Mig-29 haulted, their Mascow and Minsk studios canceled, no one is working with Russia to develop modules currently. Tale is that as long as you develop software of military equipments of RUS with any linkage to foreign parts, arrest with simple process and ambigious name of crime. Not working with oem and design bureau? Ok, remember how awful when the mirage2000 initially was, how razbam guessed everything basically wrong.
  11. Yes. If Russian Federation wouldn't allow it and would arrest your workers in Russia, then Mig-25 is as classified as the F-35.
  12. This used to be an issue for me. Now the new stecs from vkb has good software to set multiple curves on the throttle to fit different detents. Still, having an in-game similar setting would be good. However, such setting might not fit P-51, 109, dora and the coming F-100 very well. Emergency power, mw50 and that special F-100 afterburner are not always like the AB.
  13. I would be thrilled to know those 70s coldwar eagles are delivered. Yet no, they are not in development, not even in announced plans.
  14. Is 262 it on hold since 9 years ago? That kickstarter stuff or so I remember.
  15. I would hope another group of eagle enthusiasts, another third party to take it. Razbam has too many projects to fill. Argentine Mirage for S Atlantic, some not announced modules, Mig-23mla and so on. Besides, the promised early version of mig-19 is still nowhere to be found despite it's been half a decade, and the revealed Mirage family for AdA is still held back (And I don't think it's 100% Dassault's fault). Very unlikely Razbam will carry on with an F-15C; they are not a team like Heatblur and Aerges that will bring us many variants, so I wouldn't hope.
  16. The Current development picture has a newer Martin Baker seat, so upwards. But we don't know whether Aerges will include an earlier version or not, so possible.
  17. Starfighter and Oh-6. A starfighter is coming by Aerges, nice.
  18. According to the news by ED, it features AN/ASG-14T1, J-79-GE-19. If that's true, the varient here will be F-104A from 319th FIS in the US. I surely hope Aerges can bring us more 104 like the G and S.
  19. Defensive role is performed better far away from your own territory. Remember it's nuclear bombers those cold war interceptors are trying to shoot down.
  20. According to the news by ED, it features AN/ASG-14T1, J-79-GE-19. If that's true, the varient here will be F-104A from 319th FIS in the US.
  21. This is the main problem, addressed by many single players. Not that having or not having some sub systems hurts the game, or some modules losing some interesting add-ons killing the sale, just that the game has poor playability at the moment.
  22. Whereas some players want more, some mignt want to stick to the real assets. You do realize that there are people out there hating our BS3 or upcoming J8pp, as is shown on the youtube and potentially in this thread right? And would a player say "Oh F-15e can't do sead won't buy", dramatically decreasing the fanbase? Or, adding FIM92 makes AH-64 sell better because it brings more fun? I doubt it. Besides, extended sets need a boundary to stop. Yes give AH64D aa missiles, then aim-54 for F-15? R27er for IRIAF F-14... Tactical nuke for everyone for obvious reasons. People will probably hate it. When devs do recreation, the boundary of real life--solid reference is blurred, and to what extent it's acceptable, no one can tell, and no one can be satisfied at last. Those aviation lovers who pay $80 may not want unrealistic things. DCS is a game, but the devs develop things according to real life as reference. Otherwise, I don't see a problem in developing an E-3 with 50 Aim-120 loaded or a Ka-52 with aa radar and six R77, or even worse inventing a whole new airframe on their own. Why bother messing up with real prototypes when you are already crossing the line... MAC if finally released can be a way better choice for causual players. Supposingly, a larger playerbase. Simplified system and standard avionics can be much easier to mod, like modding FC3 I guess. If the community wants build what they like, MAC can be potentially much easier than DCS.
  23. Afaik it's not yet publicly acknowledged whether ED has get permissioned or not, or is this project even possible. Very little information is out there about the current state of the fulcrum. Down below is the pilot model for russian pilot lines. This is probably the only development progress revealed to the public that can be related to the fulcrum, although not about the fulcrum. And it was intended for the Hind initially. The pic was released in November 2021 to illustrate the Hind's pilot model.
