Well there's a lot of variables like the situation you are in, what you are looking at, how much ram you already used up...etc. But You can always slow down the game speed so your recordings would be smooth and then speed it up later.

It sounds like a defective disk. Because the first couple cds printed for Lock On Gold, the FC cd was messed up.

well unlike the Command and Conquer series and dawn of war, you build your force and attack. World in conflict you have a certain count and you just keep calling in your forces I mean its up to you, World in Conflict was fun, but once you past the campaign, you are pretty much stuck with the multiplayer which i don't normally play.

I liked World in Conflict, personally I would probably never play Sins because i like modern warfare combat. So its really a matter of taste. But World in conflict was pretty fun, especially in high graphics.

yea exactly, the A-10 is the easiest among the 3 capable refueling planes in lock on. You are going so slow anyway, its easy to match up the speed of the tanker. Plus the refuel door is smack dab right in the middle like you mentioned.

Refueling with an A-10 is very easy. Basically, just open your refueling receptacle and slowly approach the tanker. Since there's no advance flight model, this is pretty much scripted and if you get close enough, it would just automatically guide you in. F-15 is a bit harder since you are in a faster aircraft so maintaining your speed takes some work and the refueling receptacle is on the left side of the aircraft. The Su-33 is the most difficult one since the computer doesn't help you. It just takes practice. There are training videos of in-flight refueling on flankertraining. Its under flight basics near the bottom http://flankertraining.com/ironhand/flightbasics.htm You could probably find some track files as well on lockonfiles that relates to this but I haven't looked.

yea the Gold version contains both 1.00 and 1.1, that's why there's 2 cds. Install the original and the the FC addon. In addition, it is recommended that Lock On be install outside of the program files for vista. Its not necessary, but recommended since sometimes vista doesn't like things being modified in the program files. This goes the same for modman. So just install it directly in the C drive of your computer. Also to avoid any future problems (with any programs for that matter), turn off user account permission for vista by going into your user accounts in control panel and toggle it off in the last option. Some people have to run lock on in administrative mode, you will hear this a lot with other programs, if you turn this off, most programs would run normally as it should. So you don't need to run it as admin mode.

Well first do a clean install, uninstall everything and get rid of the reg files. Including loman since you need modman. Then install in this order 1.00 original 1.1 Flaming cliffs 1.12b patch

Well first, you should be on modman 6.031 (whatever the latest one is) you can get it at http://www.lockonfiles.com Second, 1.12B is for Flaming cliffs, so i hope you are running that instead of just the vanilla Lock On.
