Hello Below I describe what has been happening with Winwing customer service. On the 16th of July I received the Ursa Minor joystick, which as soon as I unpacked it had the 5-way mini-stick with the associated buttons 23 24 25 26 27 not working. I immediately open a support ticket at the official Winwing website and also with Paypall. As you can see from the posted screens, as a first response they tell me that they are not responsible for the joystick defect, then they propose sending me the button to replace the faulty one. I reply that I am entitled to a new joystick as a replacement or a full refund of the purchase price. Now they are stalling to find a solution by actually doing nothing except apologising for the problem. I decided to open this thread to keep friends and potential Winwing buyers informed on the forum. Also since on the home page of the Winwing site they have put the icon linked to this forum I am asking the forum administrators to take action to resolve the problem Thank you to anyone who will give me support. Wingwing says the defect isn't covered under warranty and is causing a lot of problems both with the replacement and with the refund purchased via PayPal. Hi maybe I found a system to make the carrier landing easier I put the wind against about 20 knots. I'll post the mission if someone wants to try it and maybe suggest improvements. After about a week of trying to do carrier landings and unfortunately failing, I think I understood that the problem is precisely the management of the rudder in combination with the considerable torque that the engine produces. Certainly there are virtual pilots who both for ability and hardware used have the task easier than others, this does not take away as I have already mentioned in other threads that for other users the fact of not having the possibility of being able to choose to have for example the automatic rudder or other aids strongly limits the use of the module. I hope that the developers as soon as possible add options for the aid to the carrier landing which as I repeat the failure in this can also depend on the fact of not being able to afford the purchase of high-level hotas.

However I would like to point out that I find this module really beautiful and engaging, it is the first module that allows operations from aircraft carriers of the Second World War. The positive points are in my opinion: ease of take-off both from a land runway and from a carrier, ease in starting the engine, both the 3D model and the cockpit are beautiful. The use of the FAB bomb is interesting. On the contrary I find the cockpit color too dark to improve, which is also too old, perhaps the engine sound, and obviously in my opinion, the way it behaves in flight at low speeds (about 90 knots) which in turn precludes the less experienced from being able to land on the aircraft carrier, for the rest it is much better even in this beta phase than other modules see P-51 or Spitfire at the time when released.
