Not a real bug maybe, but i noticed that an airbase is not modelled in LOMAC. Itá a base north of Belbek In the satelite image below you can see the base in the top in the picture and Belbek on the bottom. http://maps.google.com/maps?ll=44.736491,33.599968&spn=0.098930,0.189823&t=k&hl=en Maybe something for 1.2?

TekaTeka has made it LOMAN compatible. Grab it here:http://forum.lockon.ru/attachment.php?attachmentid=463 Pat01 has created missions files for each airbase that contains tree-formations. The mission-files act as templates and can be used to add tree formations to airbases of your choice into any mission (new or allready done). The mission is simple: Bomb a building some 30mls away. Read the briefing for details. http://home.planet.nl/~monfro/666th/lomac-missions/a-10a_chem-plant.mis I implemented some AI on the airfield to enhence the atmosphere. For the same reason i've included trees (Please read the "adding trees" tread in the mod-section !!)

They are placed around most of them. I've found some airbases weren't suited for trees and thus decided to leave them alone. But hey, you're free to experiment ;)

I see, well delete SAMs and just see if it works. Build up from there. Still, IMHO free-fall bombs dropped from 20000ft are bound to miss. I gave it another try with flightlevel at 20000ft. Attackpoint 10mls out. I can't see any problems. All bombs hit the target. Haven't got any wind selected though. -

. The above shots were taken in a basic airfield-denial mission. The attack point is 15km from the runway and flightlevel is 2000ft. The cross wind is 8m/s . I've selected several coordinates on the runway and made the first one the primairy. The B1 carries 28 MK84 iron bombs. Is this what you mean with only the first one hitting the runway? Anyway, they are free fall bombs so it's not that unrealistic that a lot of them miss. ------- After a second run with the altitude set to 1000ft, all bombs hit the runway! (see below) A third run with flightlevel at 8000ft (attack WP 25km from target) was also succesful (see below) -

Strange indeed. Did you select several coordinates in-line with the runway as targets or did u use the runway 'object' as a target? What ammo did you use and at what height do the bombs leave the rails? Any cross winds? (allthough I guess AI will compensate for this ) -

I know it can happen just not in what order or under which condition. All I know is i double check payload when creating a flight. Another stupid thing I noticed is that an AI bomber keeps bombing the arear as long as it has a payload. So when you use four loaded B52's they will keep turning and bombing for half an hour or so LOL (talking about exposure) -

This can also happen if you remove one wingman from the flight. Line-up your flightpath with the runway. Use the "coordinates" option when selecting a target in the editor. -

Well, most of you know this tread but I thought it should be in here. ---- In vs.1.1 you can add buildings in the mission editor. Trees however are not among them. There is away around this though explained hereafter. I've found filenames with a cmd extension in the ...lockon\bazar\terrain\structures\high folder. Some of them resemble the buildings in the dropdown list in the mission editor. By simply replacing these file by a tree graphic file, you can please trees in your mission just like an Ammodump or roadblock. If you look in the ...structures\high folder you will notice files like Trees_xxx.cmd or Forrest_xxx.cmd (where xxx are numbers). I didn't use the Forrest_xxx.cmd files since they contain to large tree formations. I did use the following Trees_xxx.cmd files: Trees_375.cmd Trees_375_375.cmd Trees_1265.cmd Trees_1.cmd these are respectivly: The red arrow indicates the heading that must be selected if the trees are to be positioned as displayed. I've localized a few building files that aren't used by lomac in the standard theatre so removing/editing them won't harm the standard scenery. these files are: WC.cmd Konteiner_brown.cmd Konteiner_red3.cmd Konteiner_white.cmd In order to be able to see the trees in my mission-file proceed as follows: Backup folder ...lockon\bazar\terrain\structures\high . Delete files: WC.cmd Konteiner_brown.cmd Konteiner_red3.cmd Konteiner_white.cmd Copy file Trees_375.cmd and rename the copy wc.cmd Copy file Trees_1.cmd and rename the copy Konteiner_brown.cmd Copy file Trees_1265.cmd and rename the copy Konteiner_red3.cmd Copy file Trees_375_375.cmd and rename the copy Konteiner_white.cmd That's all. I've made a mission with more then 1250 (the editor stops counting after 1000 objects) tree-formations around airbases. I finaly finished placing trees around all airbases. There are now 1250 tree-formations in the mission file (the editor stops counting after 1000 objects). Unfortunally lomac needs time to place al the objects so loading the mission takes a while. You will also notice a delay when adding new static-objects. Please be patient.
