three missions with trains in the lead role. The original Excel file with the train time-tables is also included in this Modman mission-pack: http://www.666th.co.uk/downloads/LOFC/LO_missions/A-10A_mission-pack_trains-planes.zip
All missions are designed without labels. The info in the briefing/map provides everything you need to complete a mission succesfully.
Note that the option 'civil traffic' in the graphics menu must be ON.
For optimum effect, have Birdy's scenery mod installed.
watch it, watch it......Coming through !!
Close up formation.......NOT that close !!
That's nuts, Once the M-2's get shot at, the all hide and crawl close together
All I'm saying is that IF a generator goes bad, a connected GPU won't help.
Circuit breakers will only help if the fault-detection system deactivates the breaker. Won't be the first time I saw a generator "feed" a GPU with exploding IGBT's and capacitors as a result LOL
About the G's versus electronics; Corsiar7662 is right that electronics don't suffer from G. But there are still electronic part inside with a mechanical component (like relays). For these special and expensive types are used that able to withstand 10G's or more
Not according to modman (although I initialy thought i had a sound mod by Zzzspace and Archer installed)
The sounds is a never ending loop and isn't related to any action or event.
Thats only true if the Ground Power Unit has a seemless power-transfer option which is not always the case. A GPU is essentialy build to be able to test avionics without the use of the generator.
The GPU can't regulate the generators' power so if avionics are on and the generator goes bananas, the radio will still be fried.
Somehow I got a background radio shatter during flight. How do I kill it?
Setting sound, radio or music to minimum in the options menu doesn't work.
:helpsmilie:
The photo ship is a two-seater which is probably why the author of the website called the photo a 'Su-39'.
But I'm not an expert.
Just love in-flight photo's, especially when there are still cockpit parts visible.
Another ModMan compatible mission:

This is a ship-attack mission for the A10.
From the briefing:
Another nice one.
This one is best played in the evening since it's a bit dark due to overcast.

The mission is based on true events during WW2. read more about it here:

great overview WR. Thanks.
@MrWolf-Loskins; I have view distance at max too (else some tree-clusters are missing from a forest). If you have about the same PC, there's hope for me yet when getting a new vid card
It depends what FPS you find acceptable. I have a slow P4 @ 2.6Mhz and an ancient Radeon9600XT. I have everything except water on max/high (you probably think i'm crazy) . FPS are 30 at best but usually around 10. Probably awfull for most but if it's still beter than a slide show and playable.
Off course with a lot of AI and explosions around things get ugly.
Since lockon benefits most for CPU I will probably soon buy a new card around 150euro boosting FPS to a staggering 30 (LOL).
High-end vid cards just aren't worth the money (at least when putting them in older machines) imho
