ASIO4ALL seems to be straight forward, if it works. The issue with ASIO4ALL is that in some cases it just don't work and it may be hard to understand what to do to make it working.

Hi, I think that's hardcoded in SimShaker for Aviators.

This is what happens if you you plug it in backwards upside down. Once disconnected never connect it by touch, you should clearly see that the triangle keys on both sides match. Otherwise, the connector may be damaged. Please watch this video how to fix
