ASIO4ALL seems to be straight forward, if it works. The issue with ASIO4ALL is that in some cases it just don't work and it may be hard to understand what to do to make it working.

Please check maybe it's hidden in the system tray. UWV files are samples containing information about the vibrations. They are used by the Gametrix vibrating pad controller. That shouldn't be mission critical error. You may click on the Quit button and continue with another instance of the app running.

Hi, I think that's hardcoded in SimShaker for Aviators.

This is what happens if you you plug it in backwards upside down. Once disconnected never connect it by touch, you should clearly see that the triangle keys on both sides match. Otherwise, the connector may be damaged. Please watch this video how to fix

You have got 1 transducer and want to add some more. SimShaker Sound Module supports 1, 2, 4 channel out of the box. Up to 6 channels if you edit the samples. What's the problem?

Windows 10 features an individual volume control for every sound generating application. Please check that you have got it at 100% for the SimShaker Sound Module while having it running. I attached a screenshot with the SimShaker Wings, just for example.
