Mine stopped working a couple of weeks ago. Took it back to the shop. They said couple of throttles have been returned to them and gave my money back since they did not have a replacement. Ordered a new one from an another shop 100 euros cheaper. :P So it went well for me and I hope you get yours replaced soon as well.

I have noticed that you don't need to wait for the left engine to spool up before starting the right engine. If you start them both at the same time the other one seems to wait until the other one is fully started and it will then start spooling up. Realistic or not, dunno.

Autostart is Right Win + Home... If you have Warthog HOTAS make sure that you have throttle idle or the engines won't start.

I got huge improvement in fps by upgrading from E8500 to i5 2500K. MHz is about the same with both of them (3.16 vs 3.3). Just ordered GTX 570 for 262e and we'll see how much performace gain I get with it. :) Using GTX 260 for now.

That doesn't seem to work for me. Keys to move head position are: Right shift + right control + keypad 2,4,6,8,/,*

I just flew it with beta 4 and Batumi AB is there and ILS needles work although it is quite hard to see the runway lights. Not sure if they changed weather effects in beta4? ILS freq is 110.15 and TACAN channel for Batumi is 16X. I don't know if ILS TACAN channel 38Y given in briefing is of any use at all in this sim?...

I think auto turn to target is not just accurate enough always to center properly even with no wind conditions and you need to compensate with rudder pedal. I usually give enough pedal to get "C" and then click trim when aligned with target.

Note that there are also "non Pro" CH Pedals.

Because of the wingman radio commands. I change it too. Yes, because F12 is in use in a lot of simulators and print screen/scroll lock/pause keys are nicely separated for TIR use.

You can remap it to some other key. I had to do it too because I use Pause key as TIR recenter key. Not that huge issue... :)

XP :) Switched Track IR off and then pressed Print Screen in BS and got screenhot! I have remapped couple of other keys and they work just fine. Looks like FPS and screenshot keys cannot be changed. Can you remap and get them work?

No, I only have one monitor. I have set 'Frame rate counter - Service info' to Back + RCtrl on Options / Controls but still I need to press Pause + LCtrl to get FPS counter. Hmm... Looks like you get FPS counter with Pause + RCtrl too. :huh: I have screen shot key to S + LCtrl but Screenshot directory remains empty. That is where the screenshots should go, right?

I have mapped FPS key to RCTRL + Backspace (like it is in LOMAC) but I need to press LEFT!!! CTRL + Pause to get FPS counter. :noexpression: Remapping screenshot key does not work either. I cannot get any screenshots with printscreen button now because I have it as Track IR hotkey.

I had this same problem also until heard that you climb better when you move. When you reach the mountain top and cannot go forward anymore just turn back flying 130 km/h for awhile then turn back and you'll have have plenty of alt to clear the mountain. Keep the collective just below the position where you get the yellow warning lights.

He is right in front of you at the beginning of mission. You just have to wait couple of minutes until he takes off. He is talking with you all the time.

I have question about untargeting too. Looks like couple of seconds after missile hits the target you can move the cursors again without keeping lock button pressed. It is like shkval suddenly realizes target is now destroyed. Is this realistic?

Oh crap!!! Just noticed that I had installed english version on top of russian version that I had before! Uninstalled and reinstalled BS and now I see more english text around. :) Sorry about all this fuss...

What the... Just double checked that I have cockpit language set to english but only to upper lights, ABRIS and subtitles are in english, the rest like text next to switches and such is in russia! :huh: I bought and downloaded english version from here http://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/ the first day it was available. Also just noticed that I cannot get screenshot to work. I have remapped screenshot key to LCtrl S (also tried LShift S) but Black Shark/Screenshot directory remains empty when I press they key. Had to take a screenshot with my camera. Here you can see ABRIS in english and the rest is in russia...

No, that only changes couple of warning lights in overhead panel to english. I guess they will fix this on next patch. ;)
