Thats all good, but the versions of the Flanker and Fulcrum in LOMAC are not the newer variants. In this way, the Flanker should have eqiupped by the N-001, and the MiG with the N-019. by the way, the N-019's diameter is 600mm, while the N-001 has a meter wide antenna.

Just for example, here in Hungary, sometimes we call the MiGs as "big iron" as translated. ("No, the sukhoi is the big one - no its the bigger one") :) The JAS 39 EBS HU Gripen is called almost everywhere as the Gripen. In the media, everydays, etc. But I'm sure she'll get some kind of newbie name soon :D

It would be also nice to put the "image" of the HUD to the HDD. Just for reality in the MiG-29. The possible result would be a little bit barbaric, but would worth it :)

I must confirm you guys, I also had about 5 times of this experience. The most interestnig was when I crashed into the other side of the hill :) Oh, and ALL of the cases in the Caucase.

That's the key :) relax, this will shock you: this is real. If you are at high altitude, you must go very fast in ground speed just for stay in the air. But the main reason for this problem: If your RPM is about 80-100%, watch the nozzles position against a low RPM (however it is modelled correctly on F-18 :( ) They're narrowing to make more thrust. But if you engage the AB, the nozzles spread back on their positions and with this, youre losing thrust even if you are at AB, bacause you are at high altitude. This never happens at low alt.

Sometimes I also noticed strange things online, like that: 4 AI F-16Cs against 4 clients, head to head on spread line. 3 vipers were busted, and one made it safely after 2 fired R-27Rs. After that, all four MiGs fired ALL their remaining munitions (I fired the 2 R-27s and after catching the evading viper, 4 R-73s in No escape zone), about 10-15 missiles and all of them missed the lonely viper. Most of the missiles were busted by a pair of flares, while the target was always at afterburner. Is THIS right??

I have the experience of such kind of problem, but it was more likely a bug, but it was in 1.11. The case was that all of our mavericks (about 10, and properly launched on clear target) in online game missed a shilka, and always hit the ground near the target. We checked it in F7 view, and the shilka was under the terrain :) So we should have tried it with a Kh-41, but it was not in the inventory :)

Well, I think that's the main reason, but as far as I know, in the MiG-29A/B the speed and altitude infos about the target, aren't displayed at all.

In my opinion the best would be to finish the existing planes first - especially my/our beloved MiG-29 :)

If this Raptor goes operational, don' forget to bring the Win95 install disks with it, never know when its gonna crash ;) The best two things I love in this plane, that it has got a cost of a squad of Su-35s and is capable of carry 2 AIM-9s. Well, about the second one, if the Raptor has to use those, its far too bad situation:biggrin:

That is a big problem for me too. This is one problem I think to be corrected. Its not realistic that a target lost by EOS is picked up by radar. And even to lock a target by both of these devices. There is a radar and an EOS master mode. No combo :) By the way, if its not corrected, has anyone got a real solution for this? In situations like this I always try to break lock of the EOS before it switches to radar, but many times I fail :) For example in dogfight.
