I presume you are looking in CoreMods folder and not in your Saved Games? Did you custom install Open Beta to a non-default directory structure? I went into Open Beta CoreMods folder and found the pilot skin files right away. I have not checked DCS World or Open Alpha for the files.

IRL, I would make my squadron inflight guide with publisher so that page changes could be a simple remove and replace action. Pagination can be a problem with PDFs. FWIW, the new USAF airline style checklists are a real PITA. I much prefer the old style aircrew checklist binders to which you refer. Another benefit of Publisher is that it is free as part of MS Office.

The USAF went for decades successfully training in an all jet aircraft environment with the T-37 and T-38 trainers. I see no reason to waste developer time and resources developing civilian prop planes or trainers for DCS. I include the T-6 with this category. Learn to fly the Hawk, L-39 or F-5 if you need basic flight training. IMHO, we are in desperate need of additional and larger areas to fly. Scenery/terrain development should take priority over any additional efforts on civilian prop aircraft. It is after all, Digital COMBAT Simulator ...

You meant Low Altitude Parachute Extraction System (LAPES) I presume. If we're gonna get LAPES, then we need a M551 Sheridan to drop then. Even to drop a Sheridan as Heavy Equipment would be great. How hard can it be to model some G-11A or B chutes? I dropped Sheridans via HE and LAPES many times back in the 80's in the Herc. Those were the days! :D

No, sadly, it is not. The CDS drop depicted in the video would be a great mod for the C-17 and C-130. Keep dreaming!

Altitude Hold seems to work for me ...

Could not map the wheel brakes on my CH Pedals ... axis control did set a left and right wheel brake axis, but I did not see any effect when braking in game.
